Every time you toggle off/on your Vorpal Spikes it'll count as an ability so you get the bonus mana from Tear Of The Goddess. You can then upgrade the tear of the goddess into an archangels staff and buy another Tear Of The Goddess and do that again. So you get +2000 mana extremely fast.

i want to express my love to late game deathfire... I had a game 60 mins long with ryze and other team got a patheon 26-12 with ~200 creeps. It turns out that my death fire + combo is the only way to kill him and my teamates are just being meat shield for me to kill the other team. We end up losing that game but we held it for so long such that there was moment where we think we could win and teamates screw up.

on a side note, any of you playing LoL on laptop without numberic keyboard(the one using numlock), is there a way to hot key the item instead of clicking?

My current tank Olaf build takes smite/ghost and opens with doran's shield + health pot. I take W, do golem, take axe at L2, and go lane (axe + golem is incredibly annoying).

The problem is that smite+doran's feels suboptimal the rest of the game. The question is, what's better? Rally? Cleanse? Ignite? Ruby crystal? Regrowth pendant? I tend to just stack sunfires, but warmog's wouldn't hurt. Another issue is that I'm not sure I can both give up smite AND the shield -- I may not be able to actually kill golem then (unless I take rally?*).

I have yet to see another tank Olaf, so there may not be many people who can give good advice on this, but even theorycraft is welcome.

*With rally + ruby crystal, I can kill golem, but you have to be very precise -- use rally on the SECOND cast of W (to take advantage of Olaf's passive) and it's doable, but if golem did damage earlier in its attack animation it would have killed me. So, not really practical. Rally + regrowth is, I think, unworkable entirely. Doran's shield + health pot allows me to do golem using no summoner skills, so I could take anything instead of smite (though it leaves me at rather low health, so laning would be hard).

Been playing a lot of AP Twisted Fate over the past couple days. It's a different style... Very pokey. Not as threatening 1v1. But from a pure harassment standpoint, he's so fun to play. Wild Cards range is just so ridiculous.

My premade's been messing around with this:

Kog'Maw
AP TF
Janna
Alistar
+ 1 Physical Carry

And we literally just sit back at max range and poke away until their whole team is at half health. Then it's just a bumrush to great victory!

If the other team tries to push back we've got Janna ult, Ali knock back, and Ali bounce + retreat, all while we continue to chip away at their HP.

Really fun style that you guys should try messing around with.

I've often wondered why the only "themed" team is healing. I think Panth/TF/Shen/Karthus/Soraka would be a decent team (all global ult team), as would Janna/Cho/Kog/Corki/Heimer (all really long range skill team). Your team seems like a sorta hybrid range/heal version.

Wowwww the heimer dragon bug is some bs. I just saw Hotshot do it on his stream, you put some turret in the bushes behind dragon and I think blitz pulls it (somehow, I didn't see how) and then the dragon gets "stuck" by that ledge and you can kill it for free right when it spawns.

Edit: I'm not sure if heimer is required or blitz is required (or maybe both are required) =/

if you want to be good with ashe you should definitely not be building your ashe around ap lol.
she's only all about burst damage.

Okay guys, it's official. Rushing Zhonya's on Chogath is the new AP build. You immediately start feasting for about 200 more a hit and your AD goes WAY up because Vorpal Spikes scale with AP.

Open Regen Pendant
Boots + NLR
Finish Zhonya's
Treads or Mob Boots
Warmog's
Rylai's/Guardian/Banshee's/Force of Nature/Void Staff/Thornmail, depending on the other team.

Also, I'm not sure but I thought Vorpal Spikes were triggering Rylai's slow a few games back, can anyone confirm this? Pre patch it didn't, and I'm not sure it's supposed to.
