Now that it will actually do damage again, I'd say yes. It's still a little pricey but to be honest it was undercosted quite a bit before for the damage it gave.

It's not that big of a buff - if you have 2k mana, which is a pretty normal amount I think for a ranged DPS with a full manamune, it gives you 10 more damage. Not a big buff, but it helps.

hai guys i think it's pointless to harass vlad early and easy to harass trist. i have no sense of laning so i got ganked by WW. i never did a full combo without making a mistake and got carried by a godlike malphite. it's ok since their tristana rushed LW first and their nidalee got tears of the goddess and their chogath had 3 basic-tier items.

Swain looks a little better then I first imagined but he still feels like a combination of many other champions.

He has Nasus' ult and Bro'Gath's W, except it roots them instead of knocking them up and is smaller. His Q is "new" but still not very impressive and his E just seems like a weaker version of Malz's ult without the suppression.
