He had 0 laning presence until level 6 before because all his mana went into farming AP. Now he has 0 laning presence period. Who's scared of a single target ulti that does 200 damage? Wtf. That new passive isn't going to keep his mana up for him to do anything besides spam more Q on minions. He gets shut down HARD during laning, is pretty much useless until level 13 or so, and is basically just a worst champ now more than ever.

HSS did a bunch more damage to minions when it was bugged, yeah (assuming you had some bonus damage). The extra damage vs. minions from the bug was proportionally much bigger than it was vs. champions.

yea, you'll feel the change more on creep than anything else, but I'm not too concerned about not being able to oneshot creep waves at level 7 tbh. by the time I get to the point where I wanna actually use HSS for fast creep clearing, it's just gonna be the difference between them all dying in 2 ticks and them all dying in 4 ticks, which is not a big deal.

i play mid with boots 9/10 games, so to me, I suspect I will feel little to nothing.

i mean, at 400 damage, it's essentially the difference between hitting champs for 396 and 356 per hit. 2K vs. 1.8K isn't that bad a nerf when we're talking that ridiculous an endgame and at lower ADs, it's a less meaningful nerf.

yah, I think its a pretty significant nerf. You might not use HSS on creeps, but a lot of pantheons I see do, so it is going to be much more difficult for them to farm up. With their early-mid game burst potential also softened a bit, it will be more difficult for a pantheon to snowball out of control.

my burst will be higher at the phase of the game where I'm most effective :p

40%/50%/60%/70% vs. 36%/42%/48%/54% before I go back and start stacking long swords is nice.

while laning, you can't afford to use HSS to farm creep, it's mostly a mid -> late game thing you use to hit creep waves to push back or quickly farm jungle camps. I dunno, maybe I underestimate how important this is, but I think I'll be totally aight with this.

I've always thought Pantheon was a third tier char (acceptable, but nothing special). The HSS bug didn't move him up a tier, and the fix/nerf/buff/whatever didn't move him down a tier.

Am I the only one who thinks Pantheon is, and has always been, pretty average?

I agree with you about tier 3, but that's also cause I play Panth like a boss and if I didn't think he at least had the potential to be viable, I would stop wasting my time. to be perfectly honest, I think the tier lists with fairly even spread of champions across 5 tiers are ridiculous. I think it's like, 2-3 tier 1 characters at a given time. 5-6 tier 2 characters. 5-6 tier 4 characters, 2-3 tier 5 characters and a huge fucking mass of tier 3 guys.

I think mid tier is a bit generous. He's okay as far as melee champs go- not as good as Jax, but better than Trynd / Garen. Maybe slightly worse than Olaf or AP Yi. If I had to put all champions into 6 tiers, Panth would probably land on tier 4.

His power doesnt lie in his hard dammige. If you go for cooldown reduction and 5+ out of combat boots hes all over the place. Midgame he can push a empty lane in a matter of secconds, farm some creep and quickly carefully annoy all enemy heros with his fast nuke and now more reliable meteor. His stun + high burst dammige can assist and make for a sure kill. You have to time your spells right, and hit the right one. Perfect stunning is also required. If you manage that behail of doom.

Though he's a bit squishy alone. Covered however with frozen armor he's a force to be reckoned with.

Though this is al based on my veigar expiernce. That doesn't go above lvl 8

I might be a bit biased. I just love the litle mofo

They do different things, but because of the timeframe of when they have their impact, I think Pantheon is simply more likely to have an effect on SR games, one way or another :p

if that lvl8 is your summoner lvl, then honestly you are playing a different game than most of the people here(or at least the outspoken ones). the game completely changes once you get to higher elo games.

i love smurfing with my roommate, lol

at level 15, I can literally just jungle and farm as Shaco for 35 minutes straight and then start fighting people after getting starks, bloodrazors, GA, and Aegis with elixir pump going and baron/lizard/golem and just solo wipe their team.

Hello guys, i started playing 3 days ago on EU server. I really like Kayle, ive played almost all my games with her and i usually go something like the the shop recommended ring (forgot name), att speed boots, guinsoo with her. I am saving IP for either Warwick or Kassadin. Which one should i buy? Do you have any other suggestions for me? (except for stop playing in the EU servers lol).

Ive read some Kayle guides but i usually improvise the builds and adjusting to my opponents.

Btw if anyone wants to help me and own some other newbs you can me, my acc is "Skreamstreams"
