They pretty much had the perfect concept for competitive MOBAs, but people were driven away because they announced it to be released for a ridiculous price, so a lot of players quit during beta. Then it was released for "free", but Funncon never tried to advertise it and spread the word, so it became a small game and now they are trying to bring more people by adding those funny features that LoL had success with. But they don't realise that LoL has a lot of players because of it's game concept. <_< | ||

Had the potential to be the perfect arena PvP game, then they had a stupid business model which put a lot of people off (me included). And finally they kill it off with this patch... Hopefully someday in the future someone will make this game and do it right... But after how badly Arena.net messed up Guild Wars and then there was Fury (LOL) and now this I'm not hopeful. Shame. | ||

A good player will outplay someone worse than him regardless if he has gems or not. A bad player will lose to a good player even if he's gemmed out and the opponent isn't. The core gameplay didn't change, there are just more possibilities now. If people that play the game at a professional level don't have a problem with the system, I don't see how everyone else manages to get so pissed off about it. | ||
