Maybe not the most famous but I feel like it should be:
1975 NBA Finals, Golden State Warriors (48-34) 4-0 Washington Bullets (60-22)

I think Portland is going to surprise everyone even without Roy.

They are probably (not sure) better than the Bulls which went 7 games against Boston last year (the Cavs are also probably better than that Boston team though). If the Bulls play with that intensity of last year I don't think anyone is going to sweep them. Anyway I hope it is fun and Derrick Rose damages the Cavs! Too bad they can't win

Clevland vs Chicago - 4:1 Cavs. They are a much better team, but I still think the Bulls will put off a close win in Chicago. Orlando vs Bobcats - 4:1 Magic. Just can't see it happening. Atlanta vs Milwaukee - 4:2 Hawks. Bucks will take a game or two. Not enough to match-up with the high flying Hawks, especially without Bogut. Sad to see him out. Miami vs Boston - 4:2 Celtics.
Lakers vs OKC - 4:1 Lakers. Hope to see something different from them in the playoffs. I haven't been paying attention to them as much due to college basketball but I've been concerned for a while now. Dallas vs Spurs - 4:3 Mavs. Interesting series. I think Mavs will edge it out. Phoenix vs Portland - Bah, No Roy. Portland is hated by the basketball higher power. Denver vs Utah - Awesome series. I think Denver will squeak a close one. I will not be surprised if Utah wins, though.

2007 or something, Golden State Warriors (again), an 8th seed, defeat the Mavs 4-1 or something in first round

How is anyone picking SA to beat Dallas? Parker's dead and Dallas played (generally) well toward the end of the season. I predict 4-2 Dallas but wouldn't be surprised if it was 4-1.

yeah, 2007 i remember that. series ended 4-2 with the last win coming in oakland, golden state had a 70pt first half that game LOL.
golden state swept the season series 3-0 that year too.

Cleveland > Chicago in 4 Orlando > CHA in 5 Atlanta > DEER in 5 Miami > BOSTON in 6

Turkoglu was the Magic. They have no chance now.

I would say they have a better chance now since they played in the Finals, more confidence etc. Although I would say this all hinges on Nelson who seems less than what he was pre-injury.

Er because Manu is playing amazingly and SA GENERALLY plays well in the playoffs as long as it isn't against the Lakers.

Jameer Nelson even before pre-injury was vastly overrated. Dwight and Rashard Lewis were the real engines on that team + Turk.

I can't agree with Turk. I tried thinking of something more eloquent to say, but in essence he sucks balls.
Gimme a tired old Vince Carter over Turk any day.
I think Matt Barnes has been the Magic's best buy this year. Especially for the price they got him at.

Rafer Alston seems to be severely underrated for his contributions to last years playoffs, Courtney Lee and Mickael Peitrus were wolves on the defensive end as well.
Alston played superb, probably the best he ever will in his career, but he slaps eddie house on the back of the head and gets sat for a jameer nelson who played the worst D ive ever seen by a guard in the playoffs.

There have been a few in the finals: -Someone already mentioned the 1975 finals, which was also one of the biggest upsets ever (although not terribly surprising since we're talking about Elvin Hayes here) -1983 finals was nothing short of a blowout, as the sixers rolled in with possibly the greatest team ever and the lakers had some injuries -2002 (I think it was 2002) finals between the lakers and nets was probably the the most one sided finals series ever, talent-wise
It'd take too long to list the blowouts in conference playoff series, but my vote for #1 goes to the 1987 lakers-nuggets first round series. That laker team was the greatest offensive juggernaut in NBA history, and they won by about 30 points per game in that series. I think they won the game in Denver by 40.

If LeBron wins a ring this year my bet is he bails on Cleveland otherwise I think he'll stay because it's his best shot.
