edit: and if you are doing anything specific you can monitor the steps for it too. I guess with falcon those are the main two I usually have on while practicing general movement while comboing a character (I'll usually have the character i combo on player 2 since it has the random di and tech and then add in like a third cpu usually a kirby and have it monitor the other stuff) before though I had some issues with doing ledge nair not fast enough so I practiced that with ledge drop and 2nd jump as the 2 things being monitored.

I really feel like its made my falcon movement much better yeah I don't miss L-cancels in practice nor vs other players now. Also my shield pressure game is getting there...=) How do you use the frame counter? I turned it on in Debug Menu but nothing popped up. o.o

1. L+R d-pad left will set the first % to 999%. 999% = the % which you are going to program an action to count frames for. 2. to program an action, you use that action and freeze during it using d-pad up 3. press L+R d-pad left again and then unfreeze and it'll move the 999% to the next % and you can program another action or just skip it with L+R d-pad left. when you use the action you programmed now it'll count the frames on the % you programmed it at. as I said in previous post I almost always program standing still and first jump and just practice movement/combing on random DI cpu. Helps me praticing moving asap after aerial and throws and using instant nair and uair.

Half-ways asking if any of you see it as just spam, and half-ways wondering if there's any interest in P:M.

I got out of several up airs last night. Now I need to work on SDI vs falco shine. I changed up my dash dance pattern A LOT lately too. Several people said I wave dash way too much so I basically removed it from my dash dancing with the exception of changing momentum and for quicker d tilts. Also working on learning new matchups. I just like throwing spacies off the stage and edge guarding them and my flow chart doesn't work in all matchups :/ Would anybody be interested in me posting my marth edge guarding vs spacies guide on TL in a guide format? I am talking to tafokints about having it go on MIOM once I update it a little bit more.

-stand on ledge, use counter, then fair off stage -if i'm doing up+b near stage, then a simple fair will do -d tilt baby T_T -if i'm doing side b, he'll jab me once or twice and ill be in a position below ledge, forcing me to up+b. refer to point #1 -good old tipper or shieldbreaker

Shine stalling may also prove useful. (http://twitch.tv/smashpractice form this past week had Zhu/PPMD talking about these situations, actually.) In general, vs a good marth, upbing at a really close position below stage level is really bad; Either try to get above stage level, where you have way more options (esp on a platform stage, you can mix up with high upb or phantasm or upb to ledge), or upb at a low spot that's just high enough that you can choose whether to make it on stage or go for the ledge. Sometimes upbing straight up / straight up at a tiny angle and then falling toward the ledge is good for avoiding counter / mis-timed dtilts and such.

I'm guessing unranked players in the Norcal PR ranking? Regardless, even these unranked players are looking sharp! Wtf, that's scary.
