Reimu A does clearly outclass every other option though, IMO. I'm kind of curious why you chose SA as your second game after IN. IN is sometimes regarded as one of the easiest games due to the leeway in the deathbomb mechanic and SA is often considered one of the hardest games in the series. I picked SA mostly because it's one of the more highly-regarded ones (at least on the shmups forums, it's generally the second most-liked behind IN), and because I wanted something a bit harder than IN. Caspar wrote totally agree, zun really went overboard with the gimmicky shots for marisa in SA, would've been a really fun game if she kept her trademark speed+focus dps I really don't understand why he made her main mode backwards as far as the focus vs. spread. If her normal and focus fire modes were switched, she'd be great, but since you usually want to move fast when dealing with popcorn enemies, and slower when dealing with single strong enemies, it makes no sense at all to ever pick her A shot. EDIT: Holy crap, I just realized that Reimu B auto-collects. Even though the shot and bomb clearly aren't as good as Reimu A, that may be enough to make it worth it for people like me who tend to fall behind on the killing if they're trying to grab items.

It doesn't sound perfect, some things might have been left out, but it's pretty much AWESOME! HOLY FUCK i love this dude! why do you edit out links.... -_- . There's like 0 reason for that. Besides that, damn that is amazing. Are you planning to play that Yoshi? You HAVE to. It'd be a waste not to. I think I'll give it a crack as well. @Obsuras, basically when you lose all your lives you have the option to repeat from the start of that level with 3 lives. You can do that infinite times, though I believe if you finish the last level like that you won't get good end. Not that I see how that's a problem, if you can beat Utsuho with 3 lives, I don't see why you can't 1cc. I basically played until I could do first 5 levels without losing a life, and then charged into Utsuho. She's fucking buttrape. I've lost going into stage 6 with 9 lives. @pcbsakuya, Yea Sakuya A is pretty dominating. Hard to compare with the other games...I think I would put that about the level of Reimu A MoF bombs. Almost 1 bomb, 1 spell card deal.

Stage 2 I can clear with bombs just fine in Lunatic, Stage 3 I might die once and have to spam bombs but I can clear it... Then Stage 4 on Lunatic is . . .

That would be me. Hanging them up on walls would be possible, since I can take the sleeves out of the case they're currently stored in. It'd just require a sufficiently large piece of fabric or two to mount all the sleeves on to. Wall space would probably also be important. In a rare turn of events, I sat down and actually played some of the games. It was not pretty. I could get myself to stage 6 on Normal in IN, MoF, and TD on a single credit, but there was not a single 1cc to be seen that night. Come into stage 6 battered and bruised, receive bad ending! There's something wonderfully eye-straining about trying to distinguish between the various forms of blue used in TD. There's the blue stuff that you want (point items and blue divine spirits), the blue stuff that'll kill you (bullets), and the blue stuff that serves to make looking for the former things even more difficult (the backgrounds of certain stages). You can find all of these in really close proximity sometimes. Then the music and background change. Oops.

Well, at least I have something to contribute here. Anyway, not sure if anyone does abnormal challenges like I do, but this is one example (and yes, that's me playing): Mountain of Faith Stage 6 Lunatic - on 120 FPS. I might do other abnormal challenges in the future, but I don't know. As of now, I'm currently trying to become the 16th Western player (or whatever) to time out Virtue of Wind God (spell card) on Lunatic...but I've came close a few times...so yeah.

Which kinda sucks for one's self esteem. orz *edit* on the bright side, there will always be someone worse. o/
