I am officially retiring the GSL Casters Fan Club. I think it's time Khaldor and Wolf respectively recieve their own fan clubs.
Thomas "Khaldor" Kilian
Birthday: August 15, 1981
Who is Khaldor? If you just asked this question, GTFO! I'm serious..... This HANDSOME/BUFF man is a BALLLER caster for the GSL. He casts Code A/GSTL/Up&Downs along with his trusty teammate Wolf almost every week, and he does every cast like a baws. But oh no my friends, he doesn't just stop there. He casted for KSL as well and he's casted for tons of foreign events! How many? Take a look at this:

This should convince you that this dude is nothing short of an absolute baws. (And look how buff he is Oo) Khaldor continues to cast for the GSL to this day, and let me tell you, GSL wouldn't be GSL without Khaldor!
This section is dedicated specifically for the fans to see Khaldor's pet peeves/information Khaldor wants you to know/information relevenat pertaining to Khaldor.
Most of us do not realize how much Khaldor casts for us. He shared stories with me about casts he's had to do and it blew my mind. There were times where he literally (and I mean literally) casted all day and had to grab 2 hours of sleep in intervals. This dude is a fucking baws,
Do NOT ask Khaldor how much he can bench, I personally talked to him, and he thinks anyone who asks him this question is an idiot, Bench pressing is NOT how you determine someone's work out regime or how strong someone is.
Do NOT ask Khaldor what the name of the song during the break time for GSL is. He will punch you.
Do NOT tweet Khaldor insults or retarded messages. He'll just block you and then you'll NEVER find out any more new information regarding Khaldor and his activies. (and then you'll just have a bunch of people laughing at you)

sing me up, been following khaldor since his very first casts in wc3 like 10 years ago, so happy for him and i just love the energy he brings to each and every cast
lol add me, I thought he already had a fan club, hes bar far one of my favourite castersssssssssss!
I like him, rotterdam and MrBiter, tastosis and apollo and TBiscuit! Oh and casts pajamas is awesome too! Can't think of any other casters I like though.
I still remember first time tuning into Khaldor stream...
It was Assembly (or other Skandynavian tournament). English cast for this event was terrible. Or maybe it was also laggy? I think I remember that there was consensus in community that casters were bad.
Anyway that made me look for other streams. With LT calendar it was pretty easy, aye? So there is german stream. I don't understand german - good, I will not understand caster (usually casters doesn't have anything smart to say anyway right? play-by-play is not required, and I usually analize game better then them*), while still hearing caster voice let me feel better tension of the game.
There is but one more problem. I hate german. I had to learn it in high school, but still don't understand even a tiny bit. The only dose of german I can stand listening is via Ramstein.
So I tune into stream of some bald german, and... it is a blast. I would never expected that, but listening to german caster was soooo much better then just muting a stream. Khaldor, altho I did not understand what he said, added so much value to stream and whole tournament.
Since then he is one of my favourite casters, purely of fact that I can listen him casting games in german Sign me up plz
Bonus: If you want to experience Khaldor casting in his native language (from WCG final Moon vs Grubby)
(I hope it's casted by Khaldor, can't check right now )
*talking about "community" casters, casting mostly online tournaments, most of them faded away by now

Also, google image search Khaldor and you'll find Vin Diesel, Natalie Portman and this.
Khaldor is a very good caster, he is very nice and interact as much as possible with viewers. Moreover he allways have a positive attitude and provide a lot to the community.

he's talking about in GSL breaks, not breaks on Khaldor's personal stream.
But yes, that amazing piece of music is intro and break music on Khaldor's personal stream.

Happy to be added to this Met him first in Korea when I was at the GOM studios, went for lunch and checked out the GOM house, such a pleasant dude and the banter between Khaldor and NaNiwa is amazing Bout time you got a post buddy !
I really like his casting, I think he brings just the right amount of criticism where he isn't afraid to point out a player's mistakes, but without making it so that he's only bashing them. Great caster and the amount of work he puts in streaming/casting other events for us is great.
Also, one of the sexiest individuals I've ever seen, no homo.
I was skeptical when he started casting the GSL, but Khaldor has won me over big time with the amount of hard work he puts into his casts. He clearly is doing great things for E-Sports and it would be wrong for me not to join this fan club. Thanks for all you do Khaldor!
Khaldor is casting till 5 or 6 in the morning for us europeans. And he does it all the time. And his casting is soooo good. And.... And.... And... I could go on for ever.

Khaldor did so much casting this weekend, it blew my mind. Casting Code A qualifiers with Wolf, then immediately doing 4PPL (sp?). I literally watched him for a few hours before bed, woke up 7 hours later, and he was still going strong, the quality of his casting didn't degrade a bit. The man is a work horse.
Khaldor you put so much effort into casting. Keep in mind that there are always people around who don't like this and that but the majority enjoys your casting. And most people understand that the money you earn by running a few ads is super low in relation to the hours you put in. There is nothing wrong with running ads on your stream.
What I enjoy the most about Khaldor is that you can see his passion during his casts and he always appears to be authentic. So if someone makes a list then pls sign me up.

This and also the hours he puts into learning korean, playing SC2 and trying to improve his casting. I don't even know if that guy ever sleeps.
Sign me up as a fan.
Khaldor, if you are reading this, could you link your korean SC2 account and tell us about your success with laddering so far? The last time I heard something about it it sounded as if it was going pretty well.
I think it's OK that you wasn't able to cast the last part of MSI Pro Cup 10. You have nothing to apologize for, you still work harder than pretty much anyone else.
Finally a Fan Club for Khaldor!!! It was about time : ))) I love his casting since the early days - his WC3 casting brought me into the scene! Definitely sign me up!
Sign me up. I became a great fan since Llewellys (Millenium's SC2 manager, and former WC3 manager) said that when he met Khaldor for the first time, he had hairs :D
Sign me up Khaldor is always fun to watch, and he's one of my favourite casters. I love watching the KSL and Code A, even though my schedule means I haven't been able to catch a KSL for about a month.
Khaldor is the fucking man. No drama, no BS, no ego just straight up passion for casting and Starcraft 2. Wolf and Khaldor are my favourite duo at the moment. The GSTL have been a joy to watch.

I know so many people who's first language is English and Khaldor just rips their English proficiency apart. Seriously, Khaldor you are becoming my favorite person in esports.

first of all, you need to work on the way you express yourself, what do you even want to say with that? second of all, I have no idea what you mean, especially this weekend in mlg he has proven that he worked quite a bit on his sc2 knowledge
sign me up io, and The XX - Intro, your signature tune, was just used at the opening of the Euro Final ahahaha just before the team got on the field :p
I love watching Khaldor and Wolf's GSL casts. Khaldor has infinitely improved his casting from the very beginning. He may have my favorite personality of any caster. He and wolf make a fantastic team who can talk about anything for hours.
During the WCS cast yesterday with Wolf, Khaldor shouted out a random Reddit comment I made about "the Khaldor hit squad", and said he would love to see it portrayed with some kind of cool silhouette pose. I decided to mess around in Photoshop for a bit and see what I could come up with, and figured I would share them with you guys here in case anyone is interested:

When I said hi he reached out to shake my hand. I had just been to the toilet, but GOMtv doesnt have anything to dry your hands with in their bathrooms... Way to make a first impression...

Happy birthday anyways Mr. Khaldor!
Damn, that sucks. Must have been an awkward moment.

Lol yeah... But whatever, I blame GOMtv keke Khaldor is not to blame haha
Just wanted to say that you have really been stepping up the casting and I'm glad you've found some synergy with wolf. You guys are a crazy duo and the energy you guys get off each other makes the entire cast exciting. I am also impressed at how prepared/analytical your casting has become as well as wolfs. I no longer look at Code A matches as the second place GSL, it's equally as exciting Code S, thanks also in part to the flood of new Kespa players.
Thank you for casting the Code A qualifiers Khaldor. I love following them to see if people that I like get through, now I was able to even watch them play.

In his latest yt-video he says his eyesight already got better since the surgery and according to him, it´ll improve further in the near future and will finally be close to perfect.
It's getting better these days but my eyes are still a bit blurry most of the time. The recovery time is usually between 3-4 weeks before the visions goes back to 20/20, so I have another 10 days roughly before it's supposed to be normal again. But even now I can see a lot better than before the surgery and at times the vision is crystal clear.
If the vision improved more I'll also start streaming a lot more and will do more videos for YT again
oh you did surgery for bad eyesight? would you recomend it? i´ve had bad eyesight since i was 7 years old (im 27) and i´ve been thinknig about it but cant really make up my mind.
I want to be in! He is the best caster to this day, I think. The solo cast today was real good despite the lateness (why is he casting at 5 in the morning??? :D :D)
I'm watching a 12 hour video of Khaldor casting Gfinity (well, I'm looking for MMA games; I'm not gonna watch all 12 hours), but Khaldor's commitment is like--insane. I hope it's ever onward and upward for Khaldor (except the work hours don't need to go up).
Actually the latter 8 hours were Heroes of the Storm, but here he is right now casting Vasacast.

I am not a huge fan of his style, but I have to say his commitment is bordering on insanity. Now Vasacast is over and he starts casting Winamax... Huge respect to his work-ethic and dedication.
Khaldor after playing football with teams KT and MVP. I used to play keeper on varsity level and had a very agressive charging style but I wouldn't dare to lunge myself at flash or zest :D.
On April 11 2014 02:25 AceOfCakez wrote: Question, I haven't seen Khaldor casting in the GSL lately. What has he been up to?
He's planning to move back to Europe, staying in Germany for a while, but possible moving on after that. I think he plans to stay in Starcraft but Korea has started to bore him after how long he's been there and looking for a change. That's what I interpreted from his stream, don't hold me to it.
