As to the Boltons. Does anyone else think they have the weirdest sigil? Like, it would take so long just to draw it up on each flag. Their flags must cost 3x the flags of the other guys.

I thought Bolton was supposed to deliver Theon as soon as his bastard son (I believe he mentioned that in Season 2) caught him. + Show Spoiler [Speculation] + So the guy torturing Theon is actually his bastard soon? Uh... The show is basically beating the viewer in the head telling you who that guy is. It's not even a spoiler, they have shown like 20 hints about it.

The bastard is disobeying robbs order wich was to bring him before him so he could look him in the eye before chopping of his head. Roose letting jamie go doesnt look good either, i understand him being afraid of tywins wrath but is it possible that he has lost faith in the norths cause and hopes to be pardoned by tywin for supporting robb by sending jamie back? I have discussed this before in this thread. I firmly believe Robb lost his war the day he chopped Karstark's head and married the wrong girl. Why would Walder Frey support Robb now when he "lost" the war when Karstark's army went home? Besides, according to last episode, the Freys did know that Robb broke his promise... Yeah man. In theory it would be easier for the Freys to betray Robb but who the hell knows. George R. R. Martin is crazy...

If the wildlings rely on hunting and gathering then the population density would be very sparse. It would make sense that there are far less wildlings than there are people in the north (Stark lands). Based on that reasoning, even if the wildlings have all their women and old people with them they probably don't have an army much bigger than Robb's. We simply don't know. The areas that were shown north of the wall were absolutely uninhabitable. Basically mountainous glaciers with next to zero plant or wildlife. The only thing we can assume from this is that Mance Rayder was just gathering his people there, and that they usually live in more hospitable regions in the North. They are definitely not just hunter gatherers though. As we saw they make rope, steel, and specialized tools, so they must have something like permanent dwellings in the north. Mormont mentions in S2 that they found only deserted Wildling villages. So the frozen part we saw is just the majority of them gathering for their march south, not where they usually live.

Its a plausible theory but i feel like Robb and Cat have a plot-sheild after all the time we have spent with them and neds death. Actually we already did have two seasons of Lannisters winning in the end. Season1: Ned dies and Lannisters take the throne Season2: Stannis loses his battle and his forces are destroyed. Lannisters keep King's Landing. So real question is, would 3 seasons end with Lannisters being the victors or is it time for someone else to win for a change :D

Some people in this thread said that (unlike season one and two) this season contains only the first part of the 3rd book and season four is going to finish it. So we might not see this huge climax as we had in the other seasons.

As regular glass is made from heat I think it is a suitable theory. Usually anything forged by the help of a specific beast can be used to slay it also in fantasy or games (like magic weapons). I suspect we'll find out about that soon™. Notice how the scene with Sam is shot? That's how movies tell the viewers that there's danger lurking or something watching the character. He either will be attacked by something (White Walkers?) and he's going to defend himself with the dagger or he hasn't been attacked yet because of the threat the dagger. That might be why he survived at the Fist in the first place.
