I wouldnt recommend that approach to marx. Have you read capital? On an unrelated note: it is so strange to argue with people when you cannot look them in the face.

I especially love image of electric cars as yellows matchboxes that a kid pinned curved matchsticks on.

but the loneliness, the woman related weirdness, and the general awkwardness... i want to submit that guy to a forceful, public tickling. maybe i should have paced myself with it a bit more, and i might pick it up again and re-read some of the parts one of these days. the book made me laugh about how i dream, and it making me feel silly was very enjoyable.

Fwiw Yeah, but if I know the context beforehand I can get more out of the book. In the end, I don't think it's going to do much harm. nunez if you think Pessoa and Soares are weirdos I would like to see your reaction to Trevisan. I have no idea if O Vampiro de Curitiba has been translated to english but I know there's a french version. It's a good book, I'd recommend it(don't get put off by the title, it was written well before the twilight fad and there's no actual vampires in the book. Also Love in The Time of Cholera. Florentino is a creepy fucker.
