Really nice little chapter and looks like we're gonna get a bunch of answers soon about Acacia... Also, judging how Midora looks in this flashback. Im making the call that hes Toriko's biological father, he looks just like Toriko with the hair and scar-looking birthmarks.

Just like how in One Piece Luffy and Garp both have similar looking scars on their faces but its got fuckall to do with passing on traits. well looking at Ichiryuu then and looking at Coco now there might be a bit of a similarity so then Sani would be Acacia, Coco would be Ichiryuu, Zebura would be Jirou and Toriko would be Midora IChiryuu may have taken some DNA from each and grown a new clone, that would explain why Sani seems farther ahead in controlling his gourmet cells

Why not, maybe he got hit by a similar technique as Zaus' cycle of reincarnation cut.

ALSO Acacia just confirmed Midora's 'scars' are genetic....which makes my Toriko = Midora's son theory incredibly likely/plausible....called it =p

+ Show Spoiler + holy shit could Joa really be Frohze? Definitely seems to imply it. After reading this chapter, I seem to dislike Midora as a character even more, I find his reason to eat God to be a little stupid, but i suppose he an antagonist. ![]()

+ Show Spoiler + So Komatsu's knife is made from Derous's fang, who is shown guarding the "Cure Water". Does that mean his knife has healing abilities? I am just reminded when Komastsu tries to attack Starjun and he says, "...that kitchen knife is not something for harming people. (From Chapter 239)

I am just reminded when Komastsu tries to attack Starjun and he says, "...that kitchen knife is not something for harming people. (From Chapter 239) + Show Spoiler + seems ambiguous, maybe starjun means literally that komatsu shouldnt hurt people cos he should only use the knife to cook ingredients. Nevertheless, the fact that the derous dragon was mentioned twice doesnt seem to be a coincidence, so I totally agree with ur idea ![]()

The plot twist would be that Joa isn't Frohze at this point :p How she became this way would be the exposition, obviously.

(From Chapter 239) it was Derous's descendant i thought guarding it (or did i read it wrong?) nto derous itself Wasn't Joa = Frohze a given when we saw Joa's face a while back? The plot twist would be that Joa isn't Frohze at this point :p How she became this way would be the exposition, obviously. Setsuna said that isnt frohze, and the gourmet cells are different so it seemed like it was jsut someone pretending to be Frohze but now it seems like the Cure Water brought the body back to life but didnt actually bring Frohze back so now the body is just like a mass of gourmet cells without it actually being Frohze

We will probably find out soon but why wouldn't Jirou recognize or be a but more disturbed by seeing Frohze as Joa? He knows shes dead but doesn't seem to think anything of her being Joa. Really love this manga. So many EPIC characters and so many questions.
