I don't understand, why would anyone even think of doing something like this. What is the point exactly. Make a movie about four cool, green aliens and don't use turtles for it - ez.
Also, make them eat burgers instead of pizza... You know that guy superman? Yeah I'm making a new movie, but now he's gonna be a mutant. Wth is this...

I wonder if previous generations to ours had similar experiences where their beloved childhood memories were systematically destroyed. I don't think it would have been on a scale such as this given how global entertainment is now when compared to my parent's generation. However, seeing some of the terrible films that get made off of things like
"Get Smart" and "I dream of Genie" I guess there is a precedence.

Removing the mutagen / ooze seems like a brilliant fucking idea. Oh wait, it's the reason there's even a plotline in the first place. Well i guess they must be some kind of aliens then, who just happen to look like turtles. And if they evolved enough to have them travel through interplanetary space, it would make a great deal of sense to have them live in the sewers of NY. Oh wait, if they're really aliens we can't even have splinter can we? I guess we dont need some zen master ninja legend in this movie, cuz we all know Bay will do such a bang up job anyway.

On another note, stop whining about your memories being destroyed. Your memories are still your memories even if some dipshit decides to make a remake of it. And unlike most of you, i actually tried to watch turtles again a few months ago and it wasnt that good. I loved it as a kid and will always treasure it, but people grow up and move on. The amazing times you had, will always be that, but what happens to the series 15-20 years later really shouldnt matter that much.

And this will always be the most amazing theme ever!

Meh, as bad as Bay is, the writers for these movies are far worse for writing such literary garbage.

Things to expect:
-Heroes getting out of vehicles under a sunset backdrop.
-Overuse of dramatic slow motion panning shots.
-Juvenile humor with the annoying as fuck comedy relief characters
-A story that has nothing to do with Ninja Turtles
-Posters of Bay's previous "works"

Making them Alien kind of makes them more unrealistic to me.....Mutant turtles, well that makes more sense to me than Aliens.

Oh well, i for one am happy new technology is going to be used on an old loveable childhood movie. All be it he might of ruined it, atleast we get to see it.....
