It feels so far removed from the main plot, and it's basically made everyone there unlikable. Mako, Bolin, Asami, Varrick, Lin. All of them are a big fat nothing. The worst part is the fight scenes. They are very poorly animated. I've been expecting some masterpiece all season long and and instead I get an obscene amount of slow-mo with very rudimentary attack animations (Aang, Katara and Toph showed good progression though out the series, while we get the same crap every time). To me LoK would actually be pretty damn good if the fight animations were up to TLA spec, or at a bare minimum S1 LoK standards (Korra, Mako and Bolin at least showed some progression). | ||

This season we have a bunch of side plots that aren't that interesting and were just resolved in a unsatisfying way in episode 10. We have been lacking any sign of the main plot until recently and now we're finally getting quality fight scenes. Finale will be put on the Nick website in 1 hour, 12 am EST | ||

Not too bad. I wish they hadn't marginalized some characters like Lin. + Show Spoiler + I liked the matching fights going in Bolin's fight at the movers. Took a long time to resolve this plot but it feels underwhelming because it made Lin looks retarded and how they didn't trust Mako. Also that the Varrick threat never was as big a threat of the Unalaq. If anything im more unhappy/baffled at the president for being not achieving or doing anything positive so far. | ||

1. Don't think about it because if you do you'll realize that everyone is awful, nothing makes sense, and the plot is just convenience after convenience 2. Watch it only for supernatural/fantasy elements, because god knows everything else they do is an absolute disaster The only saving grace of Book 2 is Mako, who manages to outdo the trolling every episode while simultaneously actually being the only one with brains in this series. Korra is dumb. Varrick is the worst example of a businessman. Asami needs to get fired. Unalaq doesn't know what he's doing. Bolin's useless. WTF happened to Lin. Tenzin is whatever, and his family just spends their time whining. Bumi is just comedic relief with convenience slapped onto him almost as hard as Bolin. Oh, but Eska's hot. Anyway, the finale is in like 3 minutes but I have low expectations as always. | ||
