eek!
When will Hasbro wake up and realize what they have here. They're not going to make a lot of money forcing us to watch episodes on the Hub instead of You Tube. Buuuuut they could make several dump trucks full of money by finally selling some decent pony swag. I would easily pay $30 for a quality RBD action figure. (or maybe in this case, doll would be the correct term?? anyway unimportant)

It's most likely brony hating trolls getting Youtube's automated shit to axe the channels. This has happened before.

Almost certainly this, only this time they got the name right instead of claiming to be from "Habsro".
Hasbro/Hub have said in the past that they consider it a way to reach out to the mass market. In general, "It sells more toys, so leave it up." There hasn't been a single confirmed case of Hasbro/Hub being the ones to file copyright claims yet as far as I know.

Thanks for making me so very happy kunstderfugue! (especially since GM wasn't in there, and he's like the father of our community ;P)
I just realized i did actually mention Gary in my essay, i just didn't find it nor did gary at the moment. I forgot GMarshal though, and that is blasphemy, much like forgetting Celestia in a list of notable ruler ponies (cuz you guys rule!)

Also, I hope this hasn't been posted before it's a bit old. But one of the better pony remixes I've heard:

ya probably, i cant see what reason hasbro would have in actually pursuing the axing of videos on youtube. If i was hasbro i would do anything to keep the brony community happy, we print money.
Well, I'm kinda sad because one of the channels had the fastest 1080 uploads for new episodes. Oh well, there's another one I like
Also, apparently, Hasbro doesn't have any anti-copyright claims about videos on youtube, so if they had been removed officially, it would have been by TheHuB. Basically, it's just trolls spamming the flag button.

you think if something bothers you like MLP you would just ignore it. (you generally wont see it if you are not looking) kinda makes you wonder about the people spamming the flag buttons on it, maybe they need a hobby :/
People on the internet are petty, though. Don't like something? Better focus on getting it taken down for the next week, because any other opinions are wrong.
