There is no such thing as a worst tier 1 team lol. Can you really say that between OG - TL or Newbee there is a worst T1 team ? They all beat each other here and there, with OG being somewhat 1 level above. I am bringing you a very simple logic and you are offering gymnastics to force them in.

No not really, because they dont beat tier 1 teams either. Again,. if you really want to force it sure, but realistically speaking no.

Na'Vi is not going to win TI6, it's not even far fetched of me to make that statement because I don't see a world where they beat teams like Liquid or OG in a Valve event whereas I think a tier 1 team is one that should be able to contest that title. We've seen both OG and Na'Vi long enough throughout the year to make some comfortable guesses in which team has a good probability of winning a TI.
Secret is still an unknown. I think they're tier 1 but they're making some pretty silly mistakes.
I'm also going to take a stab in guessing EG isn't going to a repeat champion after their loss against FRIENDS.
