The main issue for the Chinese really seems like the stagnant drafting. While I might come across as a "draft is the most important part" type, that's not true. At the very high level, it's the place where you can produce the biggest advantages. This is the reason the Tier 1 teams can style all over Tier 3 teams with completely random drafts. (As we saw in Captain's Draft.) And spamming pub games isn't going to produce better drafting. That takes study & practice at drafting, which seems to be lacking right now for the Chinese. (Exploitable hero pools doesn't help matters either.) | ||
