I had to mute it because they jumped from one negative topic (x team sucks, their new roster sucks, these players suck, they are all just waiting for a better team, they have no chemistry) to the next for like 10 minutes. Maybe dota2 it's easier to focus on the metagame instead of shitting on every player/team to fill time. | ||

A lot of it comes down to just whether a play is predicted in that split second of execution, or whether a shot is hit or not. It either does, or it doesn't, and the reasons for either outcome shouldn't be too difficult to identify. There's also very little disincentive for a team to switch between playing fast and slow or moving to different sites, save for your own team's flexibility and familiarity with certain site takes. Beyond that, almost everything feels like over-analysis of things that the teams themselves probably don't consciously account for. | ||

Maybe dota2 it's easier to focus on the metagame instead of shitting on every player/team to fill time. idk, that seems like a poor excuse even if you decide you want to talk exclusively about the players in dota2, you can always find ways to spin it positively: here, let me demonstrate na'vi get knocked out in group stages -> na'vi is improving slowly but surely with their new roster, and took wins off of some strong teams before being eliminated against this very strong competition eg always open their drafts the same way -> eg have found a very flexible way of drafting this patch, and are really focusing on keeping their options open while they wait to react to their opponents' drafts vp loses to vega and gets knocked out -> vega came in with a very strong showing, and this will probably encourage vp to step their game up in preparation for shanghai col, wings, and spirit get shat on -> the world scene is seeing a lot of new teams right now, and it's exciting to see all this new professional growth going on, let's watch and see how they all do in upcoming events ee feeds -> ee's trademark aggression sometimes leads to overextension, but can lead to some thrilling games to watch mmy keeps picking a broken hero icefrog pls halp -> mmy has put in a lot of time and effort adapting to the new meta, and his hard work is really showing in these games and so on, it's not fucking difficult to be positive about these things, I was an old liquid fan for chrissake, they were a walking disaster these csgo chumps are just being toxic debbie downers and showing the kind of professional commentary you'd expect from those DEPRESSING fucks who mope around 24/7 and make your life generally worse by their incessant moping hell yes I'm salty | ||
