Yeah he timed it wrong, but at best they wouldve been able to FF 1 hero and that would be wasted ulti's, the spread on Navi was pretty much perfect,
the fight wouldve gone better, but I doubt they wouldve won it.

Dendi is like this professional pudge player. Every hook he made guaranteed will hook something!! ah i see. i played a little bit of hon so im guessing it's the same type of hero that uses hook on hon. Devourer is a direct port of pudge There is some differences though, Dota's hook doesnt go through allied creep and hook range is increased per level. Devourer's hook doesn't go through allied creeps either. But, you are correct on the hook range part. They also made Devourer's ult give him stacking bonus hp/damage/size(so rot range) as well.
for some reason i remember his hook works like mirana arrow in hon lol and another difference is when he moves the hook comes back to him??

It is a fun hero, and the Chinese don't play him and don't know how to counter him, or haven't practiced enough. In Starcraft terms, Pugde would be a kind of cheese. and dendi on pudge would be like flash executing one I used to think pudge was a really luck based hero, but then I watched dendi FPV and I got chills even when he missed. He reads opponents and picks his moments like no other.
He was also saying in the TL interview that Pudge is easier to play against really good players, because he can predict what they'll do and how they'll move better.

Exactly i am extremely surprised that the commentators didn't notice it. When Navi decided to push the t3, 2 of DK's heroes didn't have any TP scrolls and had to run back to the secret shop.
Really awful play by those 2 players honestly, at that level you should always carry a TP.
Also do you guys think that burning should have gone diffusual? seems like a much more useful item early game especially against Navi who didn't have to many mana boots, Although burning had a heart they didn't have to worry about him because he didn't really do much damage.

Only the first 4 round of LB is bo1. Also, they were given 14 games to avoid being in this situation. Very fair imo.

Why would Valve host a million dollar tournament in pretty much the worst timezone in the world? As winners end it's only about noon on southeast asia, very late night on europe, even in eastern america here it's getting pretty late.

Oh man that's so true. It's a crazy phenomenon and almost seems somewhat backwards, but it really is true. When you try and predict which direction a player is going to dodge to avoid your hook, then they end up just walking in a straight line because they are bad and oblivious... but you can't just hook right to them because what if they are good? Then they dodge it.

Game was over by then anyway, with or without enigma set up.
If you focus on the lycan, he has aegis and is not grouped up any where near his allies.
If you don't focus on him he right clicks you down.
So DK would have wasted at least 1 of those ults on lycan, and the only difference is lycan without an aegis but the result is the same, team wipe.

Yes, v1lat is really the best dota2 commentator there is for a russian speaker, even those who do not understand a thing like him over the english casters. Props to that

Well this tournament last 12 hours each day... It started at an extremely good time for Europe and very early morning for US.

It's been going on for 12 hours, an entire half of a day. When else were they supposed to schedule it so everyone in the world could watch for all 12 hours? Almost all regions would be getting screwed no matter where they hosted it.

Naga had to go heart.
Naga with naked radiance and diffusal is a glass cannon. Images get destroyed in 2 seconds.

Really depends if Dendi can match / outplay / or get destroyed by Ferrari.
Xboct also has to be really solid. Still not favouring him over Zhou or Dendi over Ferrari. And there's Chuan and YYF to fight against too, OMG.......
Will see. Hoping its close! It should be a great series, but iG isn't going to make as many mistakes/throws as DK did. I think 2-1 for iG sounds about right. Well iG will be an actual team rather than just beating Burning. All of their players are arguably the best in their respective role.
I think all their players are really flexible too. Zhou can play btw 1 and 2 really well, Ferrari, Chuan and YYF can play 2-4 really well, and Faith can play 4 or 5 really well. In fact, I think asides from Faith, all of them have played the 1 at an EXTREMELY high level before as well. It's basically impossible to shut down their combined farm, so its whether you can beat them in team-fights (rare) or some early cheese (depends on draft). iG is just too all-star, have to hope few of their players are sick or off-form.
