EG's A-Squad qualified, not their American one You keep repeating yourself about this EG-A team thing. It's not that funny, you can let it go now. Soo.. Does Alliances website happens to be under the same IP as EG AND EG asked for Swedish writers before Alliance was announced he is not questioning it to be true or not. he is just saying its not funny. Just a question, why doesn't EG just unmask themselves anyways? How does it benefit them to keep Alliance separate from EG proper? It helps them a lot. It's a different identity that might capture a base that wouldn't be otherwise drawn to EG. It also means they can have "multiple" teams that don't overlap due to it being a different brand. That could be one reason. Others seems to think one of the reasons was that they wanted to recruit Naniwa the Starcraft 2 player, but many players already playing for EG didn't want Naniwa on the team. Who knows, doesn't really matters.

Just a question, why doesn't EG just unmask themselves anyways? How does it benefit them to keep Alliance separate from EG proper? why's audi a separate brand even though it's owned by volkswagon there are a variety of reasons to maintain different brands in business, even similar ones. don't think the point was ever to 'hide the connection' or anything. not sure why people keep repeating it like it's a secret when it was publicly known like a month before alliance was even announced The real reason is that for once EG had the opportunity to buy a successful team and they didn't want to curse them with the EG name :o
