Whenever I link him he just astrals and walks off, so I get some damage but so does he. If I'm trying to bully him I'm always in astral range, which means he's getting lots of int and eventually drains me down. Feels a lot more even than it should be. | ||

Static Link's mana cost is really low and in the few games I have played of Razor vs OD I never really had mana problems. Also note that if he astrals you during link he gets slowed because of your E. | ||

Lots of people were really happy to throw out the word "counter" when talking about Razor vs OD, as they were with the few other heroes that also does well vs him. But doing well against and countering are completely different things. Razor is one of the few heroes that can trade or win lanes vs OD, but dont expect to crush him like you do with some other mids. | ||

Alternatively get up in his face before you link so the slow from your E prevents him from getting out of range. This will only work pre level 5 | ||
