If you're asking what the hotkeys for items were in WC3, that would be the keys on the numpad... but even there that was so impractical that just about everyone used third party programs to bind them to other keys.

Before that you can just tell people the replay ID and they can watch it.

While other might consider their own MMR high, because they are above the 50% mark. There are a lot of differing opinions out there. Professional players and other notable good players are said top be at 5k-6k MMR. I have heard people found ways to scum their MMR higher, somehow(1v1 ladder with multiple accounts, basically getting matches between 2 of your own accounts). While the bottom goes at least close to 0 MMR. Probably even negative. The bulk is somewhere between 1k and 4.5k. Can't really pinpoint. There have been claims that matchmaking at 2k-3k is consistently fast, while it sometimes takes a minute or four to get on higher levels. Source: Hearsay, observations and reports about queueing times at different MMR.

I get 4 minute game queues and I'm in that 2k-3k range atm 0_o. What settings do I need to change? Currently on NAE, NAW servers. Ranked, All pick, English. You can judge for yourself what you consider high. Here's some data for unranked mmr: http://blog.dota2.com/2013/12/matchmaking/ It may not be accurate anymore, but there's no way to say for sure.

On the other hand I am pretty sure Valve's own statements about MMR ranges is outdated simply by the fact that more than 1% of the playerbase has 4.1k+ MMR. Anyway, I think it is safe to assume a bell curve, roughly. The bulk in the middle with outliers getting fewer to each side.

The easy way is to find the match ID and post a direct dotabuff link liek this: http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/819391053 pls no flame note that the number at the end is the Match ID and can be used to access the replay in dota. Replays are only stored on the dota servers for 8 days, after that the only way to get them is from people who downloaded them (when downloaded they will be somewhere in like /steam/steamapps/ folders i dunno exactly where).

YMMV. High/Normal distinctions (according to Dotabuff at least) appear to be at about 3550-3650.
