Yep, never ever jungle LC. This is just another example of the average pub player being way behind in his information. Sure, she could and can jungle starting at level 1, but that doesn't make it the best decision. After her 6.80 changes, she's strongest as a solo mid where she can easily dominate and level quickly. Certain sidelane combos would also be beneficial (I mean she's great anywhere, but for optimal effectiveness) like Wisp+LC.

I do prefer lane LC to jungle LC. However, sometimes pub lanes happen and I'm the 4th hardest carry on the team. So please answer the question - what timings should I be able to hit?

In that case play support LC where you use heal and nuke to contribute and treat duel as a disable rather than a damage acquisition tool (although be careful that you don't feed them dmg obviously). Heal takes off stuns and stuff it's mega good.

I don't know exact timings beyond "fucking slow" but you probably will be faster chain-pulling (plus autoattacks) than just jungling. Also you should never really be satisfied with your jungle, always aim for faster optimizations.

Should I always get a Magic Wand, or at least a Magic Stick, or just get it when enemy team has heroes who spam spells? When should I skip it completely?

this may sound like a retarded question but what determines on what side heros end up after fissuring? I have played a bit earth shaker recently and quite often if you hit a hero with the edge of the fissure they get pushed over the whole fissure and end up on the other side without terrain in the way. So why does this happen?

Unless you have proof of something else, I'm assuming it simply puts the hero on the side he's nearest.

i can't record it but my games my best guess is it is either lag related or has some shackle esque mechanics and if you target a hero where he ends up is determined at the second you fissure and not when the fissure actually lands.

So in playing around in bot games I found out that you can deny the radiant safelane creeps with pudge in the same way you can with rubick lift and have level four at 4 minutes. Is there any way this would be viable?

IDK, seems silly. Maybe if the safelane duo is something like warlock or abba/luna so that you have a carry that can easily tower cs and a support who can keep him alive from dives/creep damage. Feels really gimmicky though and the offlaner could come and pull the creeps away from you

I agree it is a bit gimmicky but I also can't see an offlaner coming to the furthest large camp for one out of every 3 waves. Generally I am lvl 4 at about 4:20 and have brown boots and gold to spare; and I'm not good with pudge... It just seemed crazy to me that I was on par with mid xp wise

I think in our modern age technology has evolved to become more addictive. The things that don't give us pleasure aren't used as much. Work was never meant to be fun, but doing it makes us happier in the long run.

He's also the most death-bally hero in the pool. He naturally has ridiculously high sustain with heal and mek and his passive. when someone plays necro, everyone else on the team understands that they just gotta run at towers and force fights.

At low levels where these stats get inflated, people tend to try to fight head on 5 on 5 instead of avoiding certain destruction / waiting for item timings.
