Great performance today. They seem like the strongest team in SEA right now, at least on the international stage.

TNC have had really good form on LAN with their current lineup. Their games against Virtus Pro should be pretty exciting.

They just got 2-0 by VP. However, they really have an amazing start on this tournament. This is the kind of tournament where I cannot recklessly bet on a team that almost everybody can agree that will win this entire tournament. Lesson learned in TI6 Lower Bracket. My poor Arcana's... huhuhuhuhu

Real shit luck. The draw makes sense, tnc facing a team that is struggling. Just so happens that the team is their bogey team ay

Apparently, Faceless is their kryptonite. Still can't find a way on how to deal with them. Though, both of these teams are may favorite for SEA.

They have a huge opportunity to be invited in The International this year. Didn't really expect 1437 to have a good chemistry to the rest of the team. WP!

Well, they got no invite, but they're going back to TI anyway. This team finally stands over Faceless as the lords of SEA.

What happened to Faceless man, I predicted them to be the 1st to qualify and TNC next. Can't believe they didn't qualify!

Whenever you see a role switch like Jabz and xy did, it's a good sign that the team is having internal issues. Meanwhile, TNC have an extremely stable core duo in Kuku and Raven as well as a top notch four position player. This sort of outcome was inevitable.

Though I am not TNC fan, but the game VS VGJ was a damn good game by TNC, the combo is fantastic, juz they are unlucky to lose in the game.

Yeah but VG.J did really have a good job holding and gyro playing ballsy at the right time for the comeback

plenty of potential though .. i think this roster is stronger than the one with 1437

TNC's manager somewhere did say that Kuku was the mature one on the team. He's probably the best choice they got for captaining.

Lol... What is this draw for MDL Changsha? In Group A I don't see any team that can make top 4 except Secret and Mineski; In group B all 4 of LGD, TNC, Newbee and Vici can make it to top 4 on paper. I really don't understand this draw. Pretty difficult for TNC now.

Edit : This probably means 1 of Infamous / IG.Vitality gets through to play-offs while 1 of Vega / TNC / VGJ.Storm gets eliminated in group stage. :-|

Edit 2 : Just read how the groups were formed by team draws. Nice attempt by the organisers, but the division didn't end up too well. Lets see how things go.

I was thinking the same thing at first, but now, I think its much better to be in group B. Even if they just get 3rd place in groups they have a pretty good shot at making it to at leas R2 upper bracket as they'll probably face a somewhat weaker team.

Even the team that gets first place in group A has, I would say, stand a high risk of getting knocked down immediately. I don't see any of the group A teams making it far, except Mineski who could be in shape again, but I'm a bit sceptical.

Anyways, this looks exciting, hoping for TNC vs Vici in finals!

Facing Mineski in upper bracket first round won't be easy at all. I never thought I would want Mineski to drop down to lower brackets when this tournament started; however, TNC do need the points very badly and I want as many SEA teams to get invites as possible.

TNC has seemed good enough in the group stages and this makes me hold onto the faint hope of seeing Mineski +1 team from SEA get direct invite for TI.

All the best to them. I am badly counting on them to be the 2nd SEA team to get direct TI invite.

So much for my hoping against hope.

Seeing them this tournament I felt they should play more objective based Dota.

Well, Its too bad TNC didn't get further, but they did take a game off LGD which neither Secret, Newbee or VG did. I think it sucked for them to face off against another SEA team

Get to top 2 somehow & hope 2 of Optic, VGJ.Thunder & Newbee don't score points - the scenario is pretty straight forward for TNC; but they will need to pull off arguably their best dream run ever at Supermajor to get that precious TI invite.

Group stage complete at ESL One Hamburg 2019 and the new roster looking pretty good. They easily topped their group, plus already qualified for the Chengdu major. Competition hasn't been tier 1 in their tourneys so far but not terrible either.

Dark horse for Chengdu with some of the big teams missing.

Watching TnC reminds me of OG at TI. Just been so aggressive when they hit item timing and the just going on other team and diving towers. Also feel like they have good idea of itemizing

ESL Hamburg winners! Got pushed much harder in the grand finals than any other point in the tourney but came through.

7 of the teams at this event will also be at Chengdu (possibly 8 depending on summit winner) and only Gambit got even close to these guys. Gotta be aiming for top 4 at least

I certainly expected them to do well (like top 8 material) but certainly did not expect them to be the strongest team of the first major.

Yeah, they had a good run coming into the Major but I really thought they'd fall short. That being said, super happy for them to get this win! That's HUGE for them. Now for the big challenge: consistently perform as well with the three big EU teams and LGD returning!

Leipzig qualifiers are not going quite as well as the last few tournaments. As it stands TNC have to
- beat Neon 2-0 to tie with Geek Fam. 1-1 means they are into minor quals instead
- then beat Geek Fam in the bo1 tiebreaker
- beat Fnatic in a bo3 to qualify for Leipzig
