Kuroky kinda too, havin been Na'Vi's co-captain. Notail has been Fnatic captain, Fly drafted for them too I think? I fear this team has too many captains on 1 ship. Too many leader types, people with opinions on drafts and too few followers, who just let the captain decide and play with what they get. (Like Dendi, Funnik in Navi) I think this will lead to an inefficient team, with way too much communication, theorizing, discussions and compromising. But I hope I'm wrong | ||

H4nni originally did it because no one else knew the dota heroes, he said he muted them and drafted what he felt like. Fly was their captain and the drafter the majority of the time though (when he was out of practice he didn't draft). Don't think n0tail was ever fnatic's captain, but he had very strong input on fly's drafts. Fly/Notail go back further than fnatic's hon or dota history (fnatic's hon squad got very drama'ey so they kicked a bunch of people then brought on fly,notail, and nova from ILX). All people have to go on with Fly's capabilities are going to be his days playing a carry in HoN and 1 Tiny game currently. All I really remember from his Hon days is that he had a strong preference for strength or melee carries (neither of whom have any equivalents in dota, dragon knight is the closest equivalent I can think of) and excellent last hitting. I think this team definitely has potential but they need to stick together for long enough to find their niche. I fully expect them to have the drafter be swapped around a few times and some frequent role changes - we might have only seen notail wisp because they drafted wisp. It's too hard to guess at what their roles really are based on that game because of both the wisp thing and because of the dual mid lineup. Whether they stick together for long enough to figure out the issues that the team is going to face is the big question. | ||
