Regardless of how good Pajkatt is, refusing to take input from your teammates on drafts when you're consistently picking shit like hard carry Viper is bad form. A team can't function like that.

Pajkatt out misery in.
That is imo the best possible solution for this team. The only thing that bothers me is if misery is a good captain/drafter; They really need one.
1437 may be a good option as well.

No please, leave VP.Polar alone. They are probably the best CIS team right now in my book. DKPhobos is a beast, and Mag is no slouch either. It would suck to break them up and put fng on a team where he may face communication issues.
Bulba needs to go back to offlane, Qojqva safe, and Sing probably mid. I'm personally not the biggest fan of sing, but I think if you had to make a choice between Pajkatt and Sing for mid position, then I'd probably pick Sing. Get Misery into the team and then make him/EGM the drafter.
EGMs drafts seemed to work fairly well in Dreamleague, when they 2-0ed C9 in the group stages.

Hes a great player, but his english is quite bad and he's not that good of a leader in my opinion. And yes.. leave Vp.Polar alone haha

He's not a good leader for old players. I think he is fine on a younger team. VPP has been great with him (and with Goblak before him, a much more experienced player).
TT needs a captain but I don't think this is the answer.

How good is misery as a captain?

The problem with misery is that just like bulba he can't play a 5-6 position to let EGM play 4/3 like he did in Alliance. He's a better support than bulba tho. Getting rid of Pajkatt and putting bulba on core would still be a decent improvement but would it be enough.

While I like fng at VP.P he actually could be working in TT. They are missing a second support player; EGM is the only real support in their team. The rest is just "filling in" as 4/5. And if you are not 100% behind your position and thinking "damn instead of placing wards I want to farm..." it's not working because you are playing with the wrong mindset and maybe taking wrong decisions in fights (run away vs. fight to be a fundamental one).
Let's see where this is going!

That will work for team positions - everyone will feel confrtable on:
Qojqva, Sing - 1,2 depends on the draft
Bulba, EGM - 3,4 depends on the draft
Fogged - 5, but will that solve the drafting / captaining issues?

I heard USH say on stream tonight they he "may be possibly forming a team with Fogged (wink wink)". So idk if Fogged is going to TT.

Certainly not the long term stability issues, I think.

I don't know why people act as though they expect more from Tinker. Pajkatt, Qojqva and Bulba have already done more with Tinker than they did their prior teams. EGM is obviously seeing less success, but Alliance were already on the downhill anyway, while for Sing you can't expect the C9 success - which was always about unique style and hard work rather than individual skill - to transfer to new teams.
As far as I'm concerned, the team is exactly as good as should be expected.
