1437 blog. a snippet:

At the time DreamLeague was beginning and for about 4 days most of the TI teams were playing in it and it was going to be hard for us to train with any of them for about 4-6 days since they would take a break after it as well. Luckily we were still able to play with Empire, Power Rangers, Sigma, Liquid and a few other teams. I feel the same issue will reoccur when ESL LAN finals begin but I don’t think we will have a big issue finding some training partners and maybe we might even be able to train with VG or IG since they will be attending ESL. After the summit we knew what we had to work on to improve as a team but it wasn’t going to be an easy task at all. Our first few scrims were not satisfactory but there was no way we were just going to go in there and get it right on our first shot. I think it’s quite important that we just keep training hard and as many times we fall as a team or a single player we have to bring each other back up as one.

So does anybody know why Na'Vi.US is not playing under that tag in their first game?

I know we won't get to see them anymore now (group stages done). But it is really awesome to see another strong team in NA, and I hope that they can reach for the stars : ) Looking forward to more of their matches after TI4

I think these guys are strong, but need ripening. If they can stick together, I think they'll be another strong pillar of NA dota.

1437 seemed lacking this TI. Those games when he was enigma or skywrath jeez talk about PGG blackholes and being caught out of position.

I haven't been able to follow DOTA much this summer, so now coming back to it I see that Na'Vi.US is one of the few (if only?) teams to not make any roster changes (at least not yet). Has there been any official announcement and/or does anyone know if they for sure AREN'T making any roster changes? If not, should we be expecting roster news any time soon?

EDIT: After going through Na'Vi.US's official facebook page, I came across this. May be old news for some if not most, but it at least answers my above questions:

Found the tweet in question:

I for one am EXTREMELY happy to hear this - they JUST got going and it only makes sense to give themselves more time to meld together and grow as a team. I'm VERY EXCITED to see what they'll do!!!

Guys I've been wanting to ask the community this somewhere but didn't feel like it warranted a thread: why are the attitudes of NA players, on average, more negative? Is that just my perception? It seems like if you look at the top players the best you'll get attitude-wise is someone who can be described as calm. The rest tend to be sourpuss or flamers etc, even if some of them are sometimes funny/happy/whatever. Compare this with the EU scene where there are many players who seem to actually have fun.

Obviously on NAR'Vi you could point to Sneyking as lead sourpuss but even though his teammates don't tend to act that way, they don't counterbalance it with a personality like Sing, Dendi, N0tail, etc. Just more like Universe. I could name more player and their attitudes but I think you guys know what I'm talking about even if you disagree with my overall impression.

[Edit] Would like to note that this is what makes it hard for me, as an American, to root for NA teams. I just don't like the players.

By the way, I'm curious - is there anywhere where I can buy the Na'Vi.US jersey? I checked the official Na'Vi site but only the main team's jersey is available. Are the planning on releasing the US jersey too? Anyone know if it will be available any time soon?
