They are playing Epicenter aswell.

Right I read that a bit hastily it seems. I thought you were refferring to the main event of Major. Sorry about that. Yeah this tournament is the last one where they can secure a direct invite. Now were on the same page hehe.

It's time to slap LGD once again!

LB is bo3 so it should be fine. If not, they prob need to practice more.

Man, the invite situation for Manila is going to be interesting.
I think Secret, EG, Alliance, Liquid, coL, Fnatic, and MVP are all very deserving of invites... But if thry go with their standard 8 invites, it'd be really odd to see China only get one, even with the anomaly of 1 bad performance at the majors, especially when you have a lot of the CIS teams picking it up. I'd personally like to see 10 invites for Manila.

It will be weirder to see SEA have 4 teams representing...

What I'd so is:
2 NA invites 2 SEA invites 4 EU invites 2 CN invites
2 EU qual 2 CN qual 1 SEA qual 1 NA qual
In terms of getting a good representation of regions and quality of play, this is imo by far the ideal.

i'm not trying to run the rumor mill but i know without a doubt that they're a thing. they're both pretty private about their private life but she does have an ask.fm where she all but confirmed with a yes.

I'd say Navi is atm around the same likelihood as OG/Secret/col to get an invite, especially if they do well today. Fnatic is probably even a bit better for me if they do well simply because they're in so much big stuff: epicenter, ESL Manila + being SEA (yeah sorry but let's face it, that's a real thing)
EG/Liquid/Secret/MVP +1CN (whatever that will be, LGD looks decent atm? There's also Ehome at ESL Manila and Newbee at Epicenter if either does really well there) is pretty much secured to get in no matter what. Maybe MVP a little less but I really don't see Valve giving up the chance to give an actually deserved invite to a SEA team even if they performed poorly in starladder.
wait... is epicenter still before invites for the major? I guess not, nevermind the stuff about that in that case

I'm really sad , well at least we'll have more games of our boys with the qualifiers, KEEP FIGHTING!

I guess there is no need to start now that a Patch is coming and Invoker gets wrecked , but S4 not playing it is killing the draft , also its been 2 years now since Ember risen to glory and we don't play it ... the hero isn't that hard as well , its not a meepo ..... ES also , every team picked it up eventually , [A] really need to put EGM on ES training spree and get him ready to play it. tldr - Alliance still not playing the OP heroes of the patch which is sad. I really hoped for something new after such a long time without officials ...... GL next tourney

Alliance not following the meta is fine. If it worked, you all will be saying that they are pioneering a new style too. Look at how MVP introduced pl as a counter to invoker mid?
I actually have respect that alliance are trying to implement their own strategies. I just find it strange that they are blatantly ignore NP, and insisting on bulldog beast.
