Alliance kinda got caught with their drafts brig exploited. Their ld games are still solid, if not for loda stupid sven build (said this many times). Their prophet drafts though were surprisingly weak. Then there's wisp and naga drafts. Alliance felt like they prepared nothing else.

Basically, Alliance chose to decline Dreamleague because it would have been a tight schedule with them participating in Epicenter and the following Major qualification.

Not sure we need to win Epicenter to get an invite , VP + OG are not a sure lockin over us , we have better results.

u really hope past merits (so and wca added to top 8 major) can add to the invite probability. If OG, VP and secret place well in the tournaments in between and we miss out on epicenter it actually looks quite bad for an invite. Risk business.
