There's no other way to refer to teams on the otherside of the western hemisphere outside, that doesn't include USA so thus EU.

This is actuallu an important point. I think it's safe to say that old C9 was actually worse than the sum of its parts. Whatever it was that wasn't working, it DEFINITELY wasn't working.
