The ultimate Spectre build is the crazy end game, aegis, haunt, die, fight, die, buy back, pop referesher, haunt. You are basically a brick shit out that turns back 22% of damage and they need to kill her three times. | ||

Spectre was pretty scary before as well. Even during 'deathball' she was picked a lot. The economics change means that now her kills in teamfights are a lot better than before. Still it is Spectre. I can't see teams suddenly forgetting that she brings absolutely nothing to lane and ignoring that fact, so we'll see how it works out. | ||

I am really interested to see how teams respond to the laning phase. I think we will see more focused efforts to bring down towers and deny late games carrys space to farm. And with the increased power of pick offs, maybe we will see more storm and Puck. Those two are so good and so awesome with gold. | ||
