I often think about Io as a CM but for defensive usage rather than offensive. If thats the case the onyl way i see this working out is picking wisp ursa/sylla and try to rosh lv1. Otherwise i think KoTL can do a better job I used to pubstomp as dazzle + wisp, 90% first blood rate with poison touch + tether. Also heal doubles on dazzle via link making him nearly unkillable :D Though his support might be to one hero focused for many line-ups

I've got to say I disagree. I think Wisp is pretty bad for the laning phases, and he's not a pusher, but that doesn't make him defensive. If you can have good ward coverage in the opponents jungle you can pretty much stop them from farming with global ganks; it's like a free smoke and escape mechanism for two, and he brings a stun and slow not counting whoever he's bringing along.
I don't think he'll be played much in pro games because of his poor laning ability, but I don't think one should call him defensive, nor is he analogous to cm.

Average time for me has been 3 minutes, no longer than 5 usually..
However last night I did get about a 9 minute queue which was completely out of the ordinary, so if you have no leaves it could just be a one off experience. Server did sort of feel sluggish to me last night.

This could be interesting. didnt they say the woulnt have the same teams for dota1 and dota2, I remember reading that somewhere

hmm, Pub current meta game: 1/ Pick SD 2/ If Invoker, do QE. 3/ If Batrider, max flamebreak
kill me now :O
Personally i think QW on invoker is still incredibly strong due to the movement speed and mobility of invoker. QE even didnt got nerf but invoker became a glass cannon and need a good team to cover his ass (not happening in pub). A slight dmg nerf and skill gap increase simply is nothing compare to a mad over 9000 range disable and mana drain before teamfight happen.

Not even counting most of the time kuroky play under carry or semi-carry role which make his decision making even more costly. We all know how good he is but look at how fail gosugamer team did in the international... you dont need to worry about KuroKy's decision makings, he is one of the best in this scene.

GoD is playing really well but Darer seems to be having problems with coordination and team fight execution. Both of which Na'Vi excel at. I honestly think its going to be a stomp. I hope im wrong though :DDDDD

Is there any way to effectively practice juking? I wish there was a custom map that showed enemy POV when controlling your hero. That way you can determine where fog sweet spots are

rubick can be still good, but i havent played him since his nerf. fade bolt mana cost is quite significant now, but fear the spell steal . in some ways he may be too volatile a hero

Any particular reason Kuroky didn't mention XBOCT when talking fondly of Na'Vi in that interview

because only Puppey, LoH, Smile and Dendi are veterans, they've been shining on the competitive scene for like 5 or 6 yrs. XBOCT is newer to the scene, probably for only more than 2 yrs (still an excellent player though - someone once said XBOCT just kind of "suddenly pop in to the competitive scene and own everyone")
