You only get +50 damage after the 4th stack, so you'd get more damage releasing at 4 stacks, and then getting 3 stacks again (excepting the early ranks of Shadow Poison, where the +50 damage is more than the low stack damage). well it's burst damage, weaver probably didnt realize how it worked and after the first one he'd just be like wtf and run away

Spamming S/H does not mean i am not moving, it merely means when i move to last-hit i am 75% sure that i get it since i know my heroes animation and attack speed and damage. 'dendi use it' was just a side note to prove that it is viable ... The problem came down to several time i just right click my hero to a certain angle to a correct timing and let the auto attack last hit. Its a lazy kinda thing plus it free up my cursor to do something else. I think we are wasting time arguing over something small and insignificant. My initial goal was hoping if somebody know a console command that decrease the double tap self cast speed bc its too fast for my keyboard. :-/
I really dislike when people use what pro players do as an example of what is viable. Dendi tried to build a mjølnir on tide and uses epicenter to search for a low hp shadow shaman. But whatever floats your boat.

with all the sd talk should be mentioned for those new to him or if you missed it.
Shadow Poison and Soul Catcher can hit enemies who are disrupted.
• A unit affected by Disruption can be affected by Soul Catcher. Shadow Poison • The damage can affect a unit affected by Disruption.
hell even his ulti damages during it but should have little reason to be disrupting someone who is purged. http://www.playdota.com/heroes/shadow-demon

All pros use both moving and spamming, it's not really a topic of debate. Also it's a good point that not everything pros do is a good idea, they probably do more goofy builds then most people, including competitive stomps.

the ult deals damage at the end of the purge, so every now and then you might want to disrupt to keep them in place near the end of the purge just in case yo
edit: also does anyone else think it's dumb that demonic purge's slow is strongest overall at lv1 disregard tested it the playdota purge thing is wrong

I think he's basing it off Cyborgmatt's blog, keep in mind however, this is just speculation based off work in progress model files, but in the past there has been a correlation between the data that people were able to mine and the content of future patches. So it does give us a hint of what might happens during the next couple of patches.

To the people that follow DotA1 competition still: do you think the new additions to -cm will see much play(specifically interested in Rubick/Wisp)?

I often think about Io as a CM but for defensive usage rather than offensive. If thats the case the onyl way i see this working out is picking wisp ursa/sylla and try to rosh lv1. Otherwise i think KoTL can do a better job
