I immediately played Ogre Magi when I read his changelog.
-Added Aghamin's Scepter Gives his other head the ability to cast a more primitive version of Fireblast. It has a constant (not modified by ultimate/level) 275 damage, 1.5 second stun, 20 cooldown, 400 manacost. It can trigger multicast. This is an independent 5th skill added to his ability card.
Consecutive 3x fireblasts are the best things ever.

I can't wait until they add him to dota 2. My fav hero by far to play in pubs.

The 5's guide to every hero here on TL is a pretty decent thread for telling you the bare minimum basics of what to do, especially skill builds if you have absolutely no idea what you're doing. However, item builds are completely dependent on the situation. If you're entirely new to DotA as a whole, I recommend watching:
Man after watching some pros stream tinker I thought hed be super fun to play... hes not at all lol. Just spend 90% of the match TPing. Definitely not my style

tbh tinker is almost as hard as invoker... you have to control a lot of information to judge and carry out your action accurately. Not counting to farm up the BoT is another story if u cant get free kills...
Haha ya I've seen the video, thats one of the reasons I thought it would be really fun lol
Also just played a game where the other team basically picked 5 carries, and our prophet just yelled KILL THEM B4 20 MINS... Its actually the first game I've ever seen the team coordinated enough to get mega creeps by 20 mins. Was some pretty good prophet play.
Getting rid of autocast relieves him from all the funky business of what should be auto-dodged and what shouldn't, especially in the transition between dota 1 ->dota 2. It just makes the skill more clear cut and emphasize reflexes instead.
Making it 3.25 seconds on level 4 is also very welcome, making that dagger 100 % fool proof.
And finally buffing his early laning by removing the manacost is nice too.

Dayum, now I want to go play Tinker. I remember I used to skill March of the Machines way early and just push, push, push forever. I didn't even care about the hero kills, I just wanted to ruin buildings. This looks quite a bit above my level, but that's what is going to make it fun learning. At least, that's what I think now.
