This patch could as well be named 1.1. There are things I don't like, but overall changes seem appropriate. | ||

Then they add a new artificial grind with the parangon levels... carrot+stick effect and will further unbalance PVP... as if RMAH was not enough. I really don't get it. | ||

It's not that they struggle, it is just nonviable to run act3-4. I have 70k dps, 1000res and 42k HP as a wizard and still when I meet shielders, invulnerables, or multiple CC elites I often die at least once until I take them out. In contrast, I run entire Act 2 in and hour and 10 mins, which yields 2 inventories of level 61+ yellows and about 5-10 lvl 63s. Thats better than doing bridge+tower in act 3. | ||

* Abilities o Fire Ball + Projectiles can now be slowed Still my favorite change. I'm going to only play wizard for Act 3 now. In all seriousness though I wish they worked on weapon spec passives or even normalized some abilities (cluster arrow) so you could choose whatever wep you wanted. | ||
