The annoying aspect is more of the gear that drops does not have the coveted +allres stat, or if it does, it's on a blue with only 1 secondary stat that is abysmal. Nets you about 50k gold per run with low mf/gf like me (May invest in some MF gear to shorten my time here). Found most of the gear that replaced my 50-59 gear there. Every run find at least one item that sells for 25k+ on the AH, with patience that's 2 items for that price or much more (though with 10item limit that's debatable).
Curious if any of those Level10 blacksmith patterns have a chance to spawn PimaryStat/Vit/AllRes mods in it. At helms crafted for 51k and others about the same, could be a viable alternative. Just not gonna dump 400k to find out what the best I can hope for is.
I'm sure the level 10 recipes have a chance to get any affix, but with only 4 random properties, the chance to get a good combination is pretty low. For the recipes with 5 or 6 random properties, it seems to have a good chance to craft items with good combinations, though these are of course way more expensive to craft (I have a mojo recipe with 5 props, it costs 135k to craft and 8 tears). These will generally be really awesome though and can usually sell well on AH if they don't fit your character.
just dump your money on AH , and spend that smartly
I spent 300k to replaces most gears of my wizard except weapon/ one ring, boosted resist from 150 to 500 (self-buffed), with 35k hp, 17k dps, it helped me from dying every 5 sec in act 1 to doing ok in act 2

What % reduction do you get from having 500 in a resist?

farm zultan kulle. same thing as azmodan - 1 less quest, but barely any running time.

It's a real easy run for a demon hunter (Use vault and smokescreen so you dont have to fight), check the underbridge for resplendet chest. Underbridge not there, or no chest in it -> leave game, resume game. Rinse and repeat.
Easiest run ever, if you want you can let tyrael clear mobs for you while you are dead.
Edit: You want to do this on inferno difficulty btw. You don't need to have act 3 unlocked, just use the 'exploit' to get into the game. Im not going into detail here, it has been said a thousand times how to do it.
Before anyone wastes their time doing this....it has been nerfed (quite a while ago actually). The chest has a significantly lowered spawn rate now.

I got bored a bit so I decided to do this. Just tried making a lvl 60 belt for 50k and got :
85dex 50 intelligence 65 all resists 12 mf
With 5-6 mods I can definitely see it becoming profitable if you have a large bank roll. But I guess I got somewhat lucky on my 1st try (those stats go for around 300-400k atm). Can't wait to try out the new plans whenever blizz decides to fix AH

Yeah you definitely got a nice and lucky roll there. I have crafted quite a few 5 stat shoulders from a pattern I got in inferno and at almost 100,000 gold a piece including mat value I haven't made any money doing that so far. Even when I get a nice one it has just been worth enough to roughly break even on the crap rolls. But I haven't done a ton and haven't gotten any really amazing results yet. I have had better luck on the lvl 54 armor pieces with 5 stats since they are much cheaper to make. I'd love to get a 6 stat pattern and try my luck there though.

Damage mitigation = Resist chance / (50*Monster level + Resist chance). So between 61.35% and 62.11% in inferno, depending on act. It's equivalent to having 5000 armor.
can't say, blizzard will nerf it as many others But you can still farm goblin in dark cellar Act I Quest 2, in the center of Old Tristram (few steps to the south from WP)

Thats the armor formula. Res_Mitigation = Res / (5*mlvl + Res)

Don't bother... Crafted roughly 15 million away in 6 stat weapons and got a whopping 1 weapon to put to AH and even that barely covered 1 weapons reagants... Funniest thing is, that even though odds are abysmal compared to the cost, you can't even hit the jackpot and get perfect stat items as the base item you craft is not the best (Theres 3 tiers of lvl 60 items, crafted ones are 2nd tier...)

sorry can you elborate on that? you mean in the dark cellar (side dungeon) in the old ruins? If yes, I ran that a few times, no goblin, just a room full of zombies and maybe a normal chest. Sometimes it doesn't even appear.
