I don't think frost nova adds to your build. With disintigrate FN is usually used as a panic button if you are vortexed or something but teleport does a much better job at that. I like the fracture rune where it gives you two mirror images. Running out of Arcane power is probably the biggest thing to consider with your build. I'm not sure how you are doing on that front. But blizzard, energy armor and disintigrate I wouldn't be surprised if you run out frequently.

Yeah, I have lots of trouble preserving my arcane power, I tried to aim for items that provide at least a bit additional AP, but I don't think it's really worth it on this level. On the other side I just love the plain dmg a double blizzard provides if kiting correctly/using FN to lock enemies down ^^

You are losing 20 max AP with energy armor. If you really want the extra armor use the energy tap rune. If you want to do a little extra damage, consider storm armor with AP reduction rune. Then add in the astral presence passive and avoid gear with increased attack speed and you should be able to last longer before running out of AP.
If you want an alternative to blizzard, With channeling spells I use what I like to call "the poor mans blizzard". Basically it's arcane hydra with the temporal flux passive. You get an AOE attack witb 60% slow with a negligible AP cost. With the slow you are able to stand your ground and fire, and if you have the time to attack disintegrate and arcane torrent do a massive amount of damage.

Okay, now as I progressed to lvl 24 again, I played around with various deviations from my build posted earlier, I swapped the chaos nexus rune with prism (in non-boss engagements) to have a more offensive disintegrate/nuke in general, replaced FN with teleport (still have to get used to it) and use arcane orb as nuke spell (due to a natural lack of skills on this level, I guess  ). Also, since energy armor and blizzard aren't available, yet, I can't really say anything reliable regarding AP-usage and although I like storm armor, I feel much safer with energy armor on HC, so I probably won't deviate from it for now.
On the passive abilities I swapped evocation with astral presence and have to say that it helps a ton already when spamming nuke abilities, so thanks a lot

as long as you can kill monsters before they get too close to you just use disintegrate with chaos nexus and whatever defensive skills you want (if you want to play safe, there is nothing wrong with using frost nova, diamond skin and teleport all at the same time) and swap disintegrate for ray of frost before every boss fight. signature spell of your choice (doesnt matter) and as sixth spell go for any dmg buff you want.
once you would have to start kitting, go for arcane hydra and blizzard and magic missile (although piercing orb is great, it has really slow attack animation, i dont like it and magic missile has higher direct dmg to kill anything that crawl through screen of blizzards). teleport is must as long as there is shit like vortex, jailer, waller etc (you know that shit that can kill anyone regardless of skill) - safe passage, at lvl 43 fracture. second defensive skill should be diamond skin crystal shell. last slot is your choice. energy armor at this stage is no good. 35% bonus armor from non existant base amount of armor is still no armor at all. storm/ice armor meh. they can be fun, but magic weapon is imo more usefull.
passives: illusionist is great, if you use teleport, cold blooded for blizzard, astral presence if you are still AP starved, temporal flux for more slow
benefit of blizhydra is that you dont have to stand at a spot to deal dmg, just run around and wait for stuff to die. on the other hand, arcane orb is fun too

I'm no wizard expert, but here is some stuff that should be helpful to get started.
You could probably get an archon build going pretty cheaply. CM wizards are by far more popular, but you would need to completely re-gear for attack speed for the build to work. Something like http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#VmQSOj!Yfg!YcZcZa maybe. In terms of gear, try to get the following:
Weapon with lifesteal/crit damage and/or an open socket. Preferable with no elemental damage modifier (black) so that your "% to elemental damage" abilities are more effective.
Zuni boots. Wanna get that 2 piece zuni bonus and the boots are great w/ 7-8% elemental damage.
New rare ring(s) with crit chance/damage/int/average damage.
Another 12% move speed somewhere, wanna get 24% total for sure.
For farming, choose a low enough mp that you can slay fast and perma archon. Keep depths in act 3 or weeping hollow/fields of misery in act 1 are nice.
Edit: you might wanna re-gem for vit to try to get like 30k hp at least.

It's dead for a reason. The SC AH prices are a mess, they fluctuate (and mainly drop) constantly. Just search for the item yourself and work out a price, it's not that difficult. Search for the affixes a potential buyer would be interested in, drop them all by a small amount so you're not just seeing items that are better than yours, and just work it out by comparing it to similar items.

oh, i didnt expect this. i always took this thread as nice place, where one can get advice from other players, few times i did get insight on my build, few times i myself gave advice to others. the price check request was after all about my cm/ww wiz, since i try to make as much gold as possible to get appropriate upgrade. this is not the case of dropping those two items and with $ in my eyes trying to get numbers for what i could sell those. i wear those for quite a long time and since hands and wrists are slots that can be crafted (and for wrists lacunis are alternative), i wanted to know, if i can count with them as a gold base for upgrades. so i am sorry, if i broke any unwritten rules

There's a difference between needing assistance on how to gear/what best next to upgrade and being too lazy to just value an item yourself. Yes, this is a thread where one can get advice from other players. Asking for a pricecheck isn't asking for advice. It's asking someone else to search the value of the item for you.

then why people asking for what to upgrade next arent lazy too? you can always state something like that: "take your gold pool and look up best items on AH you can afford. then use any dps/ehp calculator and figure it yourself". why noone who came here after break asking "what is the best build today?" is given answer: "you are too lazy. go to bnet forum, after half a minute scrolling through topics on main page you get idea what you should play". doesnt it work at the same principle? but i dont seek argument. i just clearly dont understand how itemizing and AH works. for last six months i irregularly checked AH for comparable bracers to mine. there have never been any that had byuout lower than like 150M. if i even got any results back. today for some reason there is shitload of cheap ones. just.. nah, never mind

well the trick is to round the stats down, and remove the useless ones like for your first gloves you would search for
115 int ~
7 ias
200 or 175 armor
crit dmg 25 ( or let 29 since its low)
and crit 9 or 9,5
than u check and compare the differences and price your item acordingly; most of the time when ppl say they cant find anything like their item, they just dont erase the useless rolls or dont roud the valus down
this shit can be done in a few seconds so i understand the poster before calling you lazy, asking for a whole item setup+ build is a different story and takes alot time for inexpirienced users, so asking for such advice is kinda what this topic is for.
