Seeker missile is currently bugged on the Diablo fight. It will hit him about a quarter of the time the bolt "hits" him. I've been killing diablo for weeks using seeker, sigh. I recorded a pretty clean 8:30 kill yesterday, so I was like hmm, can I top that if I aimed really well with charged blast. Well, apparently I could. I executed a 4:00 kill just now ... it was night and day, I could see his hp dropping. I'd imagine venom hydra was doing almost 80% of my damage previously, sigh. Looking back at my 8:30 kill, I notice myself gaining my life-on-hit only about a quarter of the time I fire. 100% of the time when my charged blast hits. | ||

 Funny think is, I was on Siegebreaker wiht my progress the same day. After 2 hours of farm, and shitty drops, I decided to rush to Azmodan by any means. I had few tries in Tower of the Damned area before, and it was sooo one sided - most of mobs just raped me usually at entrance;P I cheesed those areas with things I even didn't imagine exist. But most important thing is that while you pass those few levels near Tower of the Damned, game starts to look WAY easier, so, if anyone is stuck on Siegebreaker like me before - you should try!;P I used corpse luring elite lashers and phase beast to the corners, wormhole jumping levels. I even eqipped Magic Missile with seeker and used map topography to kill 2 elite packs of lashers that were standing on the lower level then me (yes, you can shoot to monsters like that!). After taht, I found myself 5 stack valor killing Cydea and Azmodan. I wanted to go further up to the moment when it would be another corpse running area, and stop there. But... I made it to Diablo, skipping only 2 elite packs on the way. Killing Diablo is another story. Thanks a lot everyone who posted tips here on TL. I dont know how many tries it took me, I gues around 30-40 (sadly, WoF meteor bouncing isnt working well with attack speed of 1 secound). My stats: 36k HP, 37k DPS, 5k armor (with FA), 500 res all, 1,03 attack speed, no crit | ||

Probably not going to change. Diablo 2 Hell MF runs would do the same thing, so it really isn't that bad in comparison, but at least it was "interesting" to see your crap uniques and sets drop instead of generic blues and yellows. | ||

Just go for it and when it doesn't work you can just go back to akt 1... maybe you don't need 30k hp to not get one shotted because of your high armor and res. Just try it^^ And kill the butcher... it is easy and gives you 2 yellows + tons of blue. | ||

One of my rings is still random jank I picked up in Hell somewhere, but I'm a little underwhelmed by my new stats. I'm using a 1005 dps 0.9 speed weapon with 232 int on it. I know I could get a 1200+ blue for cheap, but I figured the huge int bonus was worth it... Where do I try and improve on a budget from here? I know ideally all my gear should be 200+ int 100+ vit and 80+ res all, but I can't afford that. Cutting all those stats in half cuts the prices of the items by an order of magnitude, so I just did that. | ||

Assuming your attack speed is low, which I imagine it is based on how you described how you geared, grabbing a 15% IAS/60-80 int ring for 10k off the AH would be a good idea to replace your ring. The rings come from a vendor so you shouldn't pay more than 20k. Another good place to upgrade would be get gloves with IAS or crit if you don't already. Your 232 int should be the equivalent of 150-180dps on your weapon so getting one that's a fair bit better will probably be pricey. You're missing "Item attack speed %" since your weapon is .9 attacks/sec but you have 1.27 attacks/sec on your char sheet. For example, if you have 15 IAS gloves and an 12 IAS ring you input 27% in that cell. | ||

You have 0% IAS in the sheet, which would result in 0.9 attacks per second (I think) but ingame you have 1.27 attacks per second. Maybe you missed some IAS gear? | ||
