In other words how much extra DPS do you need to make up for the loss of the extra socket on a manticore? 1160-1200, roughly. Of course, it depends on things like Crit Chance and how much CHD you have without the weapon.

This is my gf's character. We're playing on same account. She wasn't playing for sometime and she asked me for upgrades. I couldn't help her because it seem her upgrades became really expensive. Can someone help me? She has roughly 40m budget. Much appreciated. Edit: She tried HA with Spray of Teeth but she said Evasive fire still seems better her (Probably because of no projectile style). I don't know if she is right about that. I still believe HA is better. Can someone clear this? Thanks again.

Since you already have a nice 2-socket manticore I'd probably focus on getting the 2-piece nats for the extra crit chance (probably boots + chest). I also noticed a huge difference in farm speed once I got the extra movespeed from inna's pants so getting a decent one of those or lacuni's would also be a good choice. I prefer HA but honestly evasive fire is really good and generates more hatred so it really is 100% up to preference. for reference this is my gear but I wish I had some discipline http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Hephaestus-1911/hero/3444577

Ah the old HA vs EF debate. HA does more single target damage, good for running ubers or if you don't have high damage EF (covering fire) lets you hit all three blues, might still take the same number of shots as HA but less overkill and instant damage, good for low mp farming when your damage is high enough It's personal preference really, I use both, HA for MP2 and up, EF for MP1 and MP0

The weakest item in the set right now is the belt, however the BiS belt is either The Witching Hour or Inna's Belt, both of which require some good stats to go with them, and are super expensive. For now, I would upgrade the shoulders to a Vile Wards. You can get an endgame Vile Wards for quite cheap and use it for the rest of your D3 career. Your skills should depend on what you are farming. Personally, I take Hungering Arrow/Spray of Teeth + Elemental Arrow/Ball Lightning. Ball Lighting is stupidly OP, and for lower MPs using vengeance, I get enough hatred regen that I never have to use Hungering Arrow ever. The only time I use it is for picking off single stray targets or dpsing down a single elite monster. I don't have enough experience with cluster arrow to determine what primary goes best with it.

She bought a cheap Vile Ward and start farming for lacuni with some cc for movespeed. Thanks so so much. (Btw witching hour prices are insane.)

I gotta say i don't like that she is disregarding sets completely. 2piece inna (Belt+pants) and 3piece nats(Boots chest Ring) easily gives you by far the best dps per Gold spent. Replace the andys with a mempo to make up for the lost suvivability and i think she can get 30-50k extra dps.

If you're going for cc lacunis later on, go Ice Climber imo. Otherwise, nat boots + nat ring. Amulets should be pretty cheap to upgrade. But I'm not sure on eu prices. What budget are u working with?

Glove and Left ring will be the cheapest with biggest effects. Trifectas are the obvious upgrades, but you could probably get +200 dex total on those two pieces for only a few million.

Why do you have sharp shooter? Doesnt ss become kinda worthless once your past 40%? I'd swap the andy's for a mempo, it would make you a lot less squishy to fire, give some more hp, and some all res. The ones with crit chance cost a bit, but you seem rich.

Any Mempo with crit is minimum 200mil.

It seems like most things that would have a pretty small benefit are priced quite high (100m budget - http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Mierin-1506/hero/6016468 ) You can get 100 higher dps manticore if going for only 1 socket under your budget, that will probably give the biggest dps boost. With only 100m, I think you could also work on getting more tanky while maintaining the same DPS at this point for optimal benefit/price ratio, your hp is a bit too low. Or you can do what I did after reaching 200k dps, gear up a barb for 100m and be just as effective farming low mps and tanking ubers: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Glacier-1662/hero/6699122 http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Glacier-1662/hero/3184969

I actually don't play with SS at all haha. I was checking to see what my crits would average out at and I must've left it on when I signed out, it should be fixed now. I'm actually not nearly as rich as you think, I have maybe 9m on me right now, which is definitely not nearly enough to buy a mempo with crit haha. I've honestly gotten lucky with almost all of my items and have bought them for very cheap (excluding the witching hour which I actually paid 17m for but it's still a decent deal I hope, and the Manticore which I paid 12 rmah dollars but just because I sold an item for that much and I felt I could splurge lol). My way of buying items is to camp out on a specific item on weekends and just filter by time left, sometimes people will underprice their items by a lot and you'll be able to get a really good deal. If you know exactly what you're looking for then have as many filters as possible. For example I filtered the dead man's legacy to have 19% ias, 190 dex, a socket, 9 crit chance, and hungering arrow damage. I refreshed for like 35 minutes before one came up (that wasn't instantly gone) that was under 1.5m and I insta-bought it without looking at it as I knew it had the minimum stats I was looking for lol.
