In my case, I use grenadier as the third passive, because it let me shoot 3 Cluster Arrow - Loaded for Bear instead of 2 without having to wait for regen (I have no gear with hatred regen).

Ya. I use Vengeance in the third slot. I think you might want to add some info on that as well.

Also, for belt slot, Inna belt is pretty damn good if you have the pants too. Might want to mention that.

one thing you can do is get a cloak with +disc and a DML with 300 dex/vit. that seems like a more efficient way of getting disc and stats.

of course nat cloaks with disc are going north of 100m right now so it might not be cost efficient.

Well it was fun while it lasted, but now that TOC is getting nerfhammered, what's going to be a good replacement? Anyone tried the improved pets or sentries?

I'm probably going to stick with toc since it'll break jailer now and I don't use smokescreen, but I guess it depends on what mp I end of farming, I haven't been on test yet.

sentries have no crit now so the damage is even worse than old sentries for me.

replacement for toc is prob more dps. no other way of going about it. get more dps and use cluster arrows for the elites.

Is Impale worth using? I love the insane damage output (especially with the Chemical Burn rune's DoT effect), but the Hatred cost is pretty steep, and Hungering Arrow isn't bad. Should I ditch Impale? If so, what rune on Hungering Arrow would be best, in your opinion? I use Spray of Teeth at the moment to take advantage of both my crit chance and the mob density of Act III. Are there better options?

I know Pokebunny advocates Devouring, but it seems a little too random to me to be all that reliable.

Spray of Teeth is best at 40-45%+ crit chance.

As far as Impale is concerned, it could be viable, but really DH's are rarely limited by their ability to burst single targets, in which case Cluster Arrow is the better option. White mobs are what generally slow you down a bit more at a higher gear level, so a good AoE skill like ball lightning or multishot is generally preferred.
