Oh well, in any case MVP knew exactly how to counter hardcore marines.

MVP had an excellent strategy to counter the normal style MKP plays and forced him to attempt those strategies he is less familiar with. It was nice to see a SC2 player coming up with an excellent strategy based on his opponent, rather than some new build order they expect to surprise their opponent or a build order they think is invincible and will always work. Wish more players would develop strategies like this. Not to say MVP didn't play amazingly with his own macro and micro, but one of the main ingredients to him "sweeping" MKP was how good his strategy was. MKP switching his unit composition leaves him at a disadvantage because of his lack of familiarity, and his normal strategy was countered perfectly, he just wasn't going to win this series.
