However, the excessive trophy kissing was getting unbearably corny.

![]() Ty for interview, MVP seems to be quite a good guy with a humble attitude.

![]() Regarding the mules, it's not as much bad-mannered as it is telling your opponent he has lost and can quit now. Nobody wants to watch a match after everybody knows who won. ![]() Thanks for the translation, I prefer it to hearing translated live interviews which most of the time feels really awkward. ... Maybe except the time Artosis/Tasteless had to the toilet and John did the whole thing himself, commenting that he too wanted to go to the toilet. That really made me laugh, and the interview was nice and snappy. :D

That awesome trophy was the model of the assembled artifact from the campaign. I really kinda wonder why some people did not enjoy these finals. Sure a bit short and not everybody enjoys TvT, but the skill level demonstrated by MVP was out of this world. Literally made my jaw drop on multiple occasions.

I wonder what would happen if players like Flash or Jaedong switched. although bw skills do translate to sc2, the two games may still emphasize different skills. one can argue that build analysis/anticipation and timing is more important for sc2 at this current phase of the game than sheer mechanics or reflex. i think the smarter/sharper players from bw would do better in sc2.

This was a great finals! Yes it was only 4 games, but they were 4 good games. MKP is a really good player, I really didn't see anything that he did "bad". MVP just outplayed him so much that it was amazing to watch him catching everything and out thinking MKP. On a personal level, I actually like TvT the most out of all the mirror matches and is the most enjoyable mirror to watch I think. I love the tank posturing, the medivac drops, the viking battles, epic banshee harrass, the breathless stim charges and etc. Congrats to IMMvp and thanks for the interview!

Great to see his former BW coach still supporting him. Perhaps us TL netizens have a thing or two to learn from him ![]()

TvT is the most dynamic mirror matchup for sure. ZvZ sucks and PvP is colossus numbers >.< But, I would disagree that MKP didn't do anything bad. He just didn't play his strongest during his games. I think these were not necessarily bad games but MKP's poor performance means it def wasn't as exciting to watch as it could have been.
