Here you have the requirements for SC2 Beta. Oh yeah, it will run on my laptop.
Enjoy!
EDIT:
False alarm. That were placeholders that leaked. Soon we will know more.

PSU: best bangbuck is the arctic fusion 550r. high quality that really delivers what it says and costs like 50€ wont comment on the rest cause thats totally down to preference/intended use.

DO NOT USE TDP TO SELECT A POWER SUPPLY. TDP (Thermal design power) is the amount of energy that must be dissipated by the cooling solution. It directly correlates to power consumption, but a TDP of 95W does not mean the chip is using 95W of power, the power usage is often higher than the TDP, and TDP should not be used to decide on a power supply. Most chips will easily consume double their TDP in watts. For example, my i7 860 has a TDP of 95W, but on stock settings will consume up to 180W on full load. Since I have it overclocked to 4GHz, its probably consuming more around the range of 230W under heavy loading. You want lots of headroom on a power supply, for both safety and because they often run most efficiently around 70-80% usage. TDP is more of an indication of the amount of heat you need to dissipate so that the chip does not overheat under stress. If you have a 130W TDP chip, it will likely generate more heat than a 95W, and could potentially require a better cooling solution. Keep in mind this value is totally useless when overclocking, and if you are buying an aftermarket heatsink for that purpose you should probably go all out anyways and get a TRUE or Megahalems.

CPU: Intel Pentium IV 3.0GHz Memory: 512MB DDR 333mhz (lol.) Graphics: 64MB ATi Mobility Radeon 9600 Series Hard Drives: 60GB (plus 1TB of externals) Screen: 1440x900 Note: I've got some flashys in readyboost, that's the only reason I can run W7. Yup. I wanna build an i5 rig and get rid of this P.O.S.

Thanks to the feedback I got from here I've now decided on what system I would buy, if ill buy a brand new one. win 7 64 mbit, 4 gb ram ddr3 1600, amd phenon 2 x4 965, Asus M4A79XTD EVO Mobo, XFX Radeon HD5770 and 1tb WD hdd. All in all this would finally cost me about 900usd. BUT, I've now put some thought into upgrading my old heap of slow ass circuits instead, and waiting a bit to buy the new computer. Ill post the specs here, and maybe you guys can say if it could possibly run sc2 if i upgrade the memory, gfx card and possibly the cpu. OS: Win xp 32 mbit (upgrade to some kind of 64 mbit, win 7 64?) Motherboard: ASUS M2R-FVM (Im not upgrading this) GfxCard: Built in ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 400 MHz, Memory 16 - 256 MB (upgrading to a Sapphire Radeon HD3450 Heatsink 512MB would cost me 40 usd) CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 2.0 ghz (upgrading to 3.0gz would cost 95 usd) Memory: 2x1gb ddr2 233mhz!! (upgrading to 4gb 800mhz would cost 110 usd) Input greatly appreciated.

It would be much easier to either just buy the new one, or buy a few parts for th e new one that you are also comfortable sticking in the old one until you get enough money for the entire new computer.
