Just have to do the content. What I dont like that my best DPS trinkets are PVP trinkets. Cant get that damned LOA figuring to drop though. Done a few high KR keys and no dice. + Show Spoiler + Thats not true. I did get a 380 dice.. not my best but cant complain. And frankly Verse being best stat is wearing a bit thin, its a very boring stat.. Generally I have gotten the gear I need to do the things I want to do, and I havent really gone ham, I have like 1 HC clear and yes I did spot farm some HC bosses, Same for Normal just 1 clear, no upgrades there, not worth going there for a TF. its just being unable to farm OS 370+ azerite pieces that is a bit of a snag but with the cache that should be easy enough... | ||

Bad luck is possible... I have 23 heroic uldir kills and 16 normal uldir kills and I've done 36 mythic+ dungeons of +8 or higher and done a +10 every week and my trinkets are a 340 from a world quest and 355 darkmoon. I haven't gotten any other 355+ trinket so it's not like I have a bunch in my bags that are bad for my spec that I'm not equipping. I just literally haven't gotten a trinket over 340 after 39 raid bosses and 36 mythic+ dungeons, 2x arathi boss, world boss every week, +10 mythic cache every week, plus bonus rolls. edit: actually not totally true because I've received a WW trinket when I changed loot spec to WW when there was no MW trinket available. But the fact remains if I had kept my loot spec MW this entire time and I didn't buy Darkmoon, I wouldn't have any 355+ trinkets. edit2: If I include mythic+ dungeons that were +5 or higher which is actually fair because they drop 355, then that'd add 8 more dungeons to bring the total to 44 dungeons lol edit3: just to be clear though I do receive the 370 azerite cache from emissary. I think anyone who has done normal uldir since week 1, gotten a decent mythic+ cache since week 1, done every world boss, and has gradually increased their heroic uldir progression and mythic+ weekly since then should probably be very close to getting 370 from the cache with this system, which I think is fair. | ||

Based on reports, we were able to find a strange behavior where a player's loot history could be inaccurate depending on the loot specialization they had selected. We believe this is why some players with average item levels over a certain Azerite threshold were seeing rewards lower than expected (e.g. players with 371+ average item level getting 355 Azerite caches). We have a hotfix currently in testing to correct this issue. Secondly, we agree that the requirements for the 370 caches were a little too high initially. With things like this, we tend to err on the side of being too conservative so that we can relax restrictions later if need be, and that's what we're doing here. We're going to lower the average item level threshold required to see 370 Azerite Armor in Emissary caches slightly in another upcoming hotfix. Both hotfixes are being worked on now, with the goal of getting them out later today." | ||

It was a full emissary (3) log, one of which would expire after Tuesday reset (9am), and I’m probably not finishing another emissary tonight, for a second expire. So I took a shot on 2/3 chance of same ilevel as one of my pieces 355/355/370. The traits didn’t end up being an upgrade. At my level of inefficiency, I just take the time I have to try and take what’s on offer. | ||

Due to recent hotfixes; sub-120 Enhancement Shamans now have negative mana regen in PvP and self-drain mana. This is deeply against the spirit of the hall of fame. Blizzard really likes the spirit of things. So, I expect Blizzard to at very least prevent these duplicate guilds. They made the system that way, they must have seen it coming. If they're only doing it with one guild and not dropping guild each week and it's only wildcard gaming then i'm pleasantly surprised. The azerite system is shit too. Well, not the system itself, but how it's implemented, and the ridiculousness that can occur - just recently had to "throw away" a shoulderpiece 15 ilvl higher because on the ones i was wearing on the outer ring i had a procc for around 700 haste for iirc 12 secs - the new piece had 105 mana per tick of holy fire. I mean, really? Yeah there's some stats on it, but i'm not gonna throw a 3ppm 700 haste procc away. And that's not balanceable, as they claim they will. You'd have to basically remove certain traits, like that haste proc, i haven't seen anything that even remotely has that big an impact on my character. I'm actually not that annoyed by it, since i don't play competitive or "hardcore" anymore, i'm one of them filthy casuals that slowly grinds rep, mounts and transmogs now. But if i were still progress raiding or playing arena, i'd be pretty pissed off, and it would've been entirely preventable. Instead we have this mess now. And on top of that, for this mess of random bullshit on gear, they've got rid of tier sets - with the reasoning that they didn't want players to pass on better gear to keep a 2-4 piece bonus. Well yay, now people throw away higher itemlevel items because the traits are just crap. If i had to describe BfA in one word: lazy. Probably the laziest expansion ever. Yeah, graphics are nice, but there's nothing new apart from maybe the warfront. Mission table is recycled, Kul Tiras is recycled, the azerite system is just a worse recycled artefact weapon system with added randomness, tier sets removed so now there's considerably less variance needed in creating visuals for gear (priest, warlock, mage will all look the same since there's no need to create class specific sets). Not to mention that while i personally don't like too blinky gear, the gear in Uldir, at least cloth, just looks crap. Objectively. Lore gets bent or shat on to suit the expansion. Turning horde players into genocidal maniacs and are surprised about the backlash of it (especially even IF they go the laziest possible route, which i think they will - sylvannas not herself - horde players, in lore at least, still went full Hitler on Alliance), etc - i don't know. I'll continue to play for now, because it's a decent time waster and i can't fly my quads anymore due to weather going downhill, but i don't entirely understand what they were thinking with this. Sorry for the rant, just had to vent a little. | ||
