Well... it atleast strengthened my resolve not to play retail wow ever again. Almost everything they talked about sounded like absolute shit to me. They simplified everything even more to please the casuals (because things were too "complicated" or w/e is the term he used). Oh well w/e, I've known for a long time that WoW has been going downhill. They tricked me into buying WoD but they won't trick me a second time. I am just that they will never release official oldschool servers. A tbc server would be so cool  | ||

What I didnt like? Just about everything in it. Granted I haven't liked Wow since cata came out, so I am heavily biased and I already hate things like transmogs, the heavy casual emphasis etc... I didnt like this artifact thingy. I didnt care about class halls. I thought DH looked broken more than anything and it didnt feel like it belonged in wow at all. Most class changes looked stupid and done for the casuals because it was too "complicated" before (they even ruined shadowdance ffs). Then they decide to give tons of legendaries. I hate transmogs so I didnt care about the news about it. etc... I don't know, maybe its because im comparing current wow to old wow (which I am still playing on private servers from time to time, mostly vanilla and tbc), but this all sounded bad to me, especially after being so disappointed by WoD. | ||

when looking at hunters with less than 95% uptime of mm u know u got a shit hunter There's often good reason to be below 95% uptime, especially on progression and when carrying ppl vs standing there trying to get the biggest dick number. I actually count it against people for having too high sniper training uptime because they almost always stand and let shit hit them in the face or sacrifice damage on important stuff. The ones with 99% sniper training uptime on every mythic fight without messing stuff up are the 0.01%, not even the 0.1%. Why are we making a Legion thread? We're only ~60% of the way through WOD | ||

No new patches coming out for this expansion, the next major patch is going to be the pre patch for Legion  WoD is done and dusted. Plus like i said the last few pages has been Legion talk. And there is nothing stopping anyone posting WoD stuff in here its just like when we closed the MoP thread. | ||

Third of the way through how do you figure? It's an ~18-19 month expansion and the last major content patch dropped in 6-7 months Anyway each to their own, we could say why are we talking about Legion in WoD thread and we be in same position. I agree, but i expected two threads running side by side for a while if there was going to be a huge legion thread this early | ||

The 10ilvl boost and ring scaling is insane. Like, really insane. Without getting any more gear or doing anything but valor points and normal archimonde, i can gain like ~25% more DPS - it's nerf enough. And that's considering i already have the ring over half upgraded! | ||

Diablo 3 rifts/grifts and endless micro progression is lame as hell. While they're at it, I don't know why they haven't just removed levelling entirely by now, I levelled from 90-100 in 3 hours, and I've heard it can be done in less then 2. A more elegant (and imo slightly less terrible idea) would be to remove levelling entirely, and make people unlock skills through raids/dungeons/instanced content the whole way up from 1, and instead focus there efforts off of ridiculous zones and quests (though I do like some) that get played through once and see almost 0 usage afterwards, and instead implement them into the gated progression. | ||

Also fuck yeh demon hunters! Now I can play as illidan! Completely unique spells and abilities too! Glad they didn't just neuter demonology warlocks to create a new, original class! Sorry about the salt overload, I don't think I've ever been this disgusted by an expansion to the game I've probably sunk more time into then any other. Glad substance has gone by the west in exchange for a transmog tab. | ||

How low will the sub count get before blizzard realises the average player, can in fact, breath through their nose? Basically refuse to resub so long as the talent tree remains as awful as it is currently. Didn't you hear? They're reworking talents and waiting 13 weeks to get an item that can increase your dps by 40% sad thing is it's more than 40% for some specs | ||
