Don't have time to watch that yet, but wasn't that something blizzard is breaking already? Friendly nameplates can't be adjusted while in a raid instance.

Sephuz and Aggramar's Stride changes look nice. Added stats on Aggramar's, scaling runspeed from ANY secondary stat now. Sephuz giving +10% runspeed and +3% haste permanantly which scale into the regular buff when you proc it, all sephuz runspeed now stacking with other runspeed which should be really nice for Havoc. 150% runspeed 24/7 and 210% of base runspeed whenever it procs lol

On the DH side, a few legendaries that i expected to be changed were not touched at all (yet?)

Fel rush boots & Glaive wrist were changed to start their bonus on the first target hit instead of the second. That's a pretty big buff to the glaive wrist, probably enough to give it a solid niche for sustained low target count cleave (like 1-2chesting mythic+ or an occasional raid fight). The changes to fel rush boots & added mastery on blur chest don't seem like enough to make me want to equip them over a selection of other legendaries ever.

edit: Ran the numbers and it looks like that change would Make Wrist Great Again(tm)

Boots nerfed by 50%, Wrists by 33%. This is really severe when you see no nerf to DH ring, or any of the Dk legendaries...

Mistweaver leg changes:

-Ring still completely useless. No idea what they are thinking. It would have to reduce cocoon cd as well to be even remotely something to consider.
-Waist still completely useless in raid but now pretty good in M+.
-Boots completely changed, gives nice boost to Vivify. Rough calculation +4% heal in raid so might actually be first MW leg able to compete with Prydaz.
Off-season = best season

Veng DH also got a change so that they take about 2% more physical damage but ~1.125x less magic.

Not looking good on representation for NH so far. Veng has under half of expected representation and Guardian has around double. The difference stands out on a few fights like Star Ogre where Guardian is 50x more popular than Veng due to somewhat unreasonable class strengths/weaknesses

Our MT just changed to druid after always playing warrior tank. It is better even with 20 item lvl less, its kinda ridiculous.

Also I got benched for Krosus after carrying my guild's healing in EN. We are using 2 heal druids and 1 pally. Pally plays rather questionable. Bring the class, not the player, even in casual guilds.

Krosus healing is all about cooldowns sadly. MW cds dont really compare so as long as you are competent enough to push a button during the healing assignment it doesnt matter how skilled you are.

Its honestly not a very fun fight at all. For anyone.

It really is the lack of powerful raid cooldowns imo. Revival just isnt up to par.

MW is full of issue. It had a good design in MoP that got out of control and the design team has no clue what to do with the spec now that they decided that fistweaving shouldn't be a real thing and after they removed Chi from the spec.

Perhaps but we have a mistweaver who is quite competent and does really well generally even with the class struggles. So thats where the bring the player argument is valid. But the fact that some fights are the push a button win thing is where he has issues keeping a spot.

Quite disappointed this week again. We pushed one key early to 21 and got a brh, had a lot of trouble and took us 60 minutes but we knew how to improve and fix errors so we wanted to try it again. Then people were not available, did raids, 15 on twinks, timewalking shit etc and we only managed to try again on monday. Got it down to 6 minutes over the timer but again knew where the mistakes are and how to fix them. Today we decided to push another key anyway only for it to be a 21 brh as well, which we tried like three times but always resetted somewhere in the middle and then people lost interest. No one wants to tryhard but this week isnt even that hard, just a tad annoying. Now next week is total aids

I actually like raging+necrotic+fortified a lot more than teeming+skittish+fortified.

Literally all of my tank friends refused to run anything on teeming+skittish+fortified for the whole week and i hate tanking it myself with pug DPS

It's raging necrotic fortified though and raging mobs hurt like a bitch if you go higher than 15. Combine that with necrotic that you cant reset on every pack and you are back to kiting. I had no problem with skittish as pala this week but playing bear was a pita. Teeming is also barely noticable except for very few packs here and there while raging completely demolishes you.

Edit: i actually have 3 new records this week but still, if we had a better setup and more time we couldve easily pushed 23ish. We had to play that brh with double mage and affli wl, so our only aoe stun was the shaman healer and we had literally no cc.

As Veng it feels like i'm at the mercy of DPS for the run to go well. ST threat works okay, AOE threat can't hold at all if people attack different targets. Oftentimes i'l mark something skull and focus it only to see that it's dieing last out of the whole group because people are just that bad unless you have them on voice to yell at them every other pack. I play Havoc, too, but with >90% of tanks it's a trainwreck and i either do 60-70% of my normal damage or i die 10 times on Fortified+ which is why i stuck to 7-9's and facetanked half of Maw for this week. With a certain prot paladin the affix doesn't actually exist and is probably the easiest one out there

Teeming is also barely noticable except for very few packs here and there while raging completely demolishes you.


I had the opposite opinion here as well, Teeming adds a lot of mobs to many packs and to the % requirement which costs minutes on every run, even farm runs. I've found that Raging can be entirely ignored at lower levels and largely ignored around the medium difficulty levels (approaching 15)

At level 23-25 stuff is very different but there's no reward for anything beyond 15 and there won't be until all of this is reworked so i'm not worried about it

Yeah but the mobs get cleaved down, stunned, or cced and then killed later. It takes a bit more time but its not that much harder but obviously it comes down to the dungeon. For example theres a 4 pelter group in nl with teeming but all you do is cc two then kill two and two or build some aggro then kite them and they dont shoot at all. And thats it for NL, nothing else with teeming. Vault has like 1 more fury or something at the beginnng and one brood mother, again completely negligible. Arcway is abit trick cause it has a double seer group but you can los the explosion. Id say maw is the hardest because there a lot of extra mobs.
Raging though...raging turns many mechanics that were almost one shot to fuck you youre dead. Raging cat in dht jumps? dead. raging bear does roar? dead. Mariner raging lanterN? dead. raging giants in eye earthquake and you get hit by the water thingy? dead. raging eye of storm from cos seer? most likely dead if you have no stun left. and then theres a lot of mobs you cant cc that also enrage by themslves. Like the mos champions with double enrage now that wreck tanks face. urg.

Edit: well yeah obviously im talking about 20+ because with NH gear when youre 3 chesting 15s obviously you dont care too much about mechanics anymore so they can be largely ignored and nothing counts as hard.

Raging Necrotic at least playing well can get you somewhere, whereas skittish is just impossible to tank for me without the bracers and/or thrash relics. just do big pulls, and run with at least 2 AOE stunners, kite last few % if necessary. Feels easier to me than last week.

Skittish depends mostly in party composition. It's akin to overflow, in that regard, where ranged nonbursty classes (ie affliction lock, shadowpriests, demonlocks) have a huge advantadge over others, as their aggro is well manageable. The only tank who is kinda crap that week is the druid in my experience, even tho i favor DH tanks that week due to their constant "passive" aoe damage makes them better to recapture threat loses before the mobs turn.

If you have a good party, skittish at high level keys is completely trivial. While raging with fortified is not.
