Then why doesn't all of America despise Pittsburgh, the team that has won the most Super Bowls? Why doesn't America hate the San Antonio Spurs? The Chicago Bulls dominated the 90's and America loved them. But for some reason, America doesn't really care for the Patriots, and I'm sure it only has to do with them winning (lol)

He's 19-27, 182 yds, and 1 TD in his 3 appearances and the uppers are super high on how he's been progressing.
This is in comparison to Geno Smith for the Jets, Matt Cassell or EJ Manuel for the Bills, and Tannehill for the Dolphins. Tannehill is the obvious choice for me but his ceiling is so low...
Think you'd have to go with Tannehill. Garoppolo's stats don't mean much as they've been in garbage time. His only touchdown was against KC when neither team really cared anymore. He could easily be better than Smith and Cassel though

Please do. Might wanna come up with a replacement for the Cowboys, who were known as America's team because they had the most fans, not the most haters. They've recently been replaced by the Denver Broncos, who have one of the best QB's of all time on their team.. yet for some reason his success has not made him hated. The hatred of the Yankees and Red Sox is mostly from having a huge advantage in money compared to the other MLB teams, since they're two of the teams in a very small group that have exceeded the luxury tax threshold.
Generally, winning gives you fans. Breaking rules and acting smug while doing so does not. Demanding an apology for being innocent, while it turns out that the team may very well not be innocent, does not.

In fact, only one measurement of one football was as low as 10.5 PSI.
The Wells report also points out that Gardi’s comments about the Colts’ game balls was not accurate... THREE of the four Colts balls tested were UNDER the limit of 12.5 PSI.
The Wells report essentially shrugs at these arguably significant misstatements of fact, pointing out that Gardi wasn’t personally at the game (then why did he write the letter?) and that the mistakes were “inadvertent.” Does anyone really think that it gave the Patriots any kind of advantage at all, in any of their games? They trashed the Colts in the second half, 75% of the balls the Colts were using under the limited too. And then they beat the Seahawks anyway. But let's pretend for a second that it matters... just as much as warming the ball matters when the Panthers and Vikings did that during a game... Those two teams only got a warning though, but Tom Brady receives double the punishment that Ray Rice got? And the Patriots lose draft picks? What the hell is going on? Roger Goodell is an idiot.
Seahawks beat themselves and the Patriots helped but even I don't think it gave him some super advantage or anything. It obviously helped him or they wouldn't have been doing it in the first place though.
What surprises me about this and is probably part of why they came down so harsh in the first place is how this just didn't get pinned on the equipment guy. My guess is more than one testified that Brady was aware.
I agree this is more about putting Brady and players in general 'in their place' though. They just didn't like him acting like he could cheat their rules and get away with it.
This was probably slightly in response to Jerry Rice calling out the NFL and himself admitting he and 'everyone else' was cheating too.
Despite being a 49er I still love Jerry Rice and if being a dick about Brady cheating means I have to shit on Jerry Rice too... + Show Spoiler +I might just do it anyway, I really don't like the 49ers lol.

wellsreportcontext.com Patriots put up a website telling their side of things. Covers everything from a Nobel Laureate saying science explains it to the texts and cooperation given.
30 minutes of reading just destroyed $5 million dollars worth of poor investigating and bad science

People are still going to be saying they didn't do anything wrong even after the punishment has run it's course huh?

The Patriots are claiming Mcnally called himself the Deflator because he was trying to lose weight.
In related news, Aaron Hernandez says he was called the Murderer because he was killing it in practice. (I blatantly stole this but it was worth it)

The science is clearly on their side indicating that nothing may have been done, so yeah regardless of if any of the punishments actually come to pass there's a legitimate doubt.

And the Patriots come out swinging with a Nobel Laureate on their side of the field.
Its 60 pages that people really should read all of, just like they should have read the entire Wells report, but I have a hard time seeing Brady's suspension or any other punishment being held up in court. I also like how it shows that the Colts indisputably did break a rule about how to handle footballs.

Did you even read the response?
If you don't make the assumption that the Ref was wrong about which gauge he used to measure patriots balls then their pressure loss is within the range predicted by ideal gas law.
Discusses the differences that can easily account for a greater psi drop in Patriots balls vs Colts. Patriots were on offense more so balls were under more stress, Colts wrapped their balls to protect from rain which patriots didn't, Colts balls weren't measured until the end of half time so they could warm up.
Provides more context around the texting string and even shows where the Well's report is misleading stating that the term "Deflator" appears in multiple messages where it only actually appears in one. Provides alternate meanings of deflator in the term of weight loss. Points out how deflating the football is SOP for ball handling, both right after they are received and before use.
It's not just that you can't 100% prove that he did it, it's that there is a significant amount of things which reasonably counter every argument in the Well's report and how the report is misleading in nature from all of the things they left out.
