you know that the new, not yet confirmed by the ukrainian population, gouvernment ordered soldiers to kill russian seperatists in the ukraine who after all also are "their own people".
I will agree that the way these military operations are executed is really questionable and that the Ukrainian forces are in bad condition, but if armed separatists are taking hostages and occupying buildings the government needs to react. That's what every country would have done in that situation. No country is going to accept people claiming new states on their territory by force.
didn't yanukovich need to react when the maidan was occupied by people for about 4 whole months
No. Maybe if they tortured people to death, took hostages and threatening to kill them, then we maybe could talk about going against protesters that "occupy" the town square.
Oh btw, you got the difference right without realizing it. It was occupied by people. Not heavily armed seperatists capable of shooting down one of the heaviest armored helicopters out there.
I'm blown away by the mental gymnastics people use to make a completely retarded argument.
In Kiev, an Israeli army vet led a street-fighting unit
Delta, a Ukraine-born former soldier in the Israel Defense Forces, spoke to JTA Thursday on condition of anonymity. He explained how he came to use combat skills he acquired in the Shu’alei Shimshon reconnaissance battalion of the Givati infantry brigade to rise through the ranks of Kiev’s street fighters.
He has headed a force of 40 men and women — including several fellow IDF veterans — in violent clashes with government forces.

As platoon leader, Delta says he takes orders from activists connected to Svoboda, an ultra-nationalist party that has been frequently accused of anti-Semitism and whose members have been said to have had key positions in organizing the opposition protests. “I don’t belong [to Svoboda], but I take orders from their team. They know I’m Israeli, Jewish and an ex-IDF soldier. They call me ‘brother,’” he said. “What they’re saying about Svoboda is exaggerated, I know this for a fact. I don’t like them because they’re inconsistent, not because of [any] anti-Semitism issue.”
This guy is an actually very religious Jew, and he sides with the most radical political organization in Ukraine known for Judeophobia and far-right wing political ideology, which would already be stupid for anyone to do to side with Svoboda. He's a real clown. I don't understand him at all. I guess he likes the whole right-wing mentality like in Israel, so that may be his reasoning?
The article's from February, but I wonder if he's still involved, especially with Svoboda.
Since the only source, hint and whatever is JTA (every single other article points to JTA, not that there would be alot of them anyway)..
I'll take that with a grain of salt. To much conspiracybullshitpages as well if you google. There would be more to it if there's actually IDFs fighting for EuroMaidan. In fact, the first to publizise the JTA article would be svoboda-politicians, to counter the "fascist-argument".

I'll believe it if i see a bit more than that.
Actually, less conspiracybullshit than you may think.
Dude, JTA, Haaretz, etc. are radically pro-anything to do with Israel or Judaism. The last thing they'd do is create bullshit to defame a Ukrainian national who moved to Israel and lived there for a while and served in the Israeli army.
Ukrainian soldier/officer reports around 100 "terrorists" killed this night. Also said Russians are taking the bodies of their men, so there might be more. Near Slavyansk.
In any grouping of 500,000 people you are going to have some random people from around the world. The fact that there were some Israeli's participating in Maidan just shows that it wasn't a fascist movement like Russia likes to claim.

seems unlike considering how little success the Ukraine army has had until now and a fight that kills over a 100 people would get a little more attention I believe Oo

According to Donetsk news source OstroV they caught Russian media at another piece of lies.
Here Vesti shows "civilians killed near Slavyansk", at 4:45
then they say it was actually a footage from the same channel but shot 18.11.2012 while ATO in a region of Russia. They referenced the video but it looks like it became unavailable after the news came up.
'Monitor' is a german national tv late evening show, always about 'revealing truth'... Sometimes their reports are useful, sometimes they are just love crazy conspiracies. They offer a nice inspiration to look deeper into certain things, but always trusting their interpretations is imho as wrong as always dismissing them as baseless.
