They made it a clear point to tell us this when I was being trained to use one. I always thought they said it to stop you from exploding. + Show Spoiler +

http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nhl/stars/2014/03/12/rich-peverley-season-over-news-conference-update/6333661/ this procedure didn't work the first 2 times it was done on the former leaf goalie Gustavson http://sports.nationalpost.com/2011/02/18/a-matter-of-jonas-gustavssons-heart/ Gustavson's heart continued to have problems after the procedure. or should i say .. "upper body injury". TSN providing us with more comedy with an "analyst" saying it might be a "neck issue". Reimer's got a history of neck issues that causes him to have "concussion like symptoms".

As long as the athletes want to play with concussions they will. Medical staff have to be alot sterner on not allowing them to play and the NHLPA should probably do more to stop its members from putting themselves at risk by playing with concussions

Reimer said he got "his bell rung" and that "you get a little bit of a headache when you get hit in the head like that". coach Randy Carlyle is saying Reimer got hit in the shoulder.. "if u really look at it". i think the head bone is connected to the shoulder bone... sometimes when u injure that rotator cuff u get a head ache, right? it looks like Reimer suffered another head shot that the leafs are going to call a different injury ... this time its his shoulder ... saying its a neck issue again would've been just too comical. i guess next he can have a larynx injury ... or maybe a lymph gland injury. once again the Bernier trade is looking better and better. With each new headshot Reimer's susceptibility to concussions increases.

Even Havlat scores these days. Dustin Brown would have to injure a lot of players for them to stand a chance.

Still, the Kings match up really well against the Sharks and are built to give the Sharks trouble. I'd rather the Sharks play anyone else in the first round. Except Niemi is their goalie, so actually they are sort of like the Canucks during their micro-golden, scary on paper but with a goalie that cant be trusted.
