Since this whole topic degenerated into the usual balance flamefest where every topic ends up if unmoderated it's time for it to clean up. Locking this down for a while. Terran - I don't know why they nerfed barracks build time...first they need a supply depot and now this...? I'm fine with the other changes though, blue flame was a little to good and SM is hardly used, hopefully it will see some more action. Zerg - I'm fine with what they did to FG and the Overseer. I'm kinda unsure about Ultras though...55 build time seems to short. Overall I don't mind it, it's one of the better patches they have put together but there are still some things I don't really like. | ||

I'm sure they made it 30% because it wouldn't round to a number. 30% was because it probably scaled based on unit health | ||
