Since this whole topic degenerated into the usual balance flamefest where every topic ends up if unmoderated it's time for it to clean up. Locking this down for a while. Any posts made after my post [page 233] not addressing the changes in this patch directly and containting flames or general balance whine will get banned for at least a week. ~Nyovne

Barracks build time nerf is for 2 rax, obviously.
I really think blizzard have hit everything spot on this time. Good job to them.

Fungal Growth damage changed from 36 (+30% armored) to 30 (40 vs Armored).

With the barracks build time increased by 5 seconds, wont there now be 5 seconds during which our CC will sit idle while the barracks finishes @ 15 supply? maybe people will start getting an orbital at 16 SCVs instead of the now-standard 15.

I did not read through all like 20 pages of this forum but just for anyone who wants to know the blue flames where nerfed to 5 not 6 or 7 because anything more than 5 hellions still 2 shot workers now they 3 shot them with blu flame unless they have 1 weapon upgrade which is a good change cuz hellions were overpowered b4hand!

Toss - I'm fine with the first two changes, but changing Blink from 110 to 140 is to much :/. I'm very happy with the WP shield buff, it's one of my favourite units and I hope more people use it now.
Terran - I don't know why they nerfed barracks build time...first they need a supply depot and now this...? I'm fine with the other changes though, blue flame was a little to good and SM is hardly used, hopefully it will see some more action.
Zerg - I'm fine with what they did to FG and the Overseer. I'm kinda unsure about Ultras though...55 build time seems to short.

Overall I don't mind it, it's one of the better patches they have put together but there are still some things I don't really like.

I wish they would've come up with a more creative change to fungal instead of just a damage change.(cough*projectile*cough), but overall, I really like the changes. Especially the warp prism!

Lol. I think that's just wrong. I'm sure they made it 30% because it wouldn't round to a number. 30% was because it probably scaled based on unit health
