LZ's is 1-3 units, 4 main production, 5cc, 6 nat cc ect. | ||

1 main army 2 2nd army or ghosts n such 3 command centers 4 reactor barracks 5 tech barracks 6 factorys 7 starport 8 scout I have no idea if it is beneficial at all to have seperate keys for reactor and tech lab but somehow i started using it and i cant change it. recently changed the scv hotkey, took like 3 games to get used to and i LOVE it | ||

2. Mech/Ghosts; 3. Air/Drops; 4.Barracks + Factories+ Starports; 5. CC's; 6. Scouting SCV/Upgrades. Q- patrol ( for splitting marines). Don't really get why you would bind production buildings separately and use up 3 keys instead of 1.It's much easier and faster to tap tab instead of pressing 6-7-8. | ||

1-4 - Units 5-6 - E-bay, armory, ghost academies F - Command center D - Rax S - Factories Q (A on a qwerty keyboard) - Starports My production hotkeys are very similar to the grid configuration : AZER (QWER) There are a couple of exceptions though ( SCV : E, BC : B, ravens and banshees are switched...). I find it much easier with the building hotkeys below the units production ones. It goes very smoothly under my left hand. And I find necessary to have rax, starports and factories on different keys, in order to assign different rally points. | ||

True, that is an advantage, but in that case I just set rally points individually as I tab through. Also, I used to play zerg, so I'm used to having all units rally to the same spot. :-) | ||
